Pretty incredible special
I’m ashamed to admit the whole bit about him calling people out for being on their phones right after the intermission got me perfectly I had pulled up some info about the special and Bo Burnham on google and then wasn’t really paying attention until I realized he was essentially calling me out in the perfect moment for my lack of attention span clearly having that really boring cut intermission scene was an awesome and unique set up for that punchline
A couple of those songs were super catchy if you ignore the lyrics, I would be like “yah I could jam to this on a road trip” then realize he’s talking about some real dark or serious shite

"Hands Up" and "Funny Feeling" were just legit good songs IMO
"Funny Feeling" was dark as hell

The production value is incredible for what he had to work with.
I know he’s done some directing in the past with good success, would love to see him with like a Wes Anderson style ensemble film project with big studio backing.

I currently have the Internet song ("Can I interest you in everything all of the time") on a fricking loop in my head. It's driving me insane.

His song style reminds me a lot of Jonathan Coulton, but definitely darker subject matter.

This is brilliant and I have no clue how anyone down voted this. He probably offended you but he attacked everyone and it was so well done. Stop being sensitive little bitches when someone makes fun of you.

I was just reading some reviews of it and they mentioned he was playing Larry Bird in an HBO special soon. Also mentioned he's 6'5. Never woulda guessed.

Damn, no wonder he's playing Bird. I figured he was about 6 foot. I wonder if he has any real ball skills.

Very doubtful. He’s always been up front about being the artsy kid, not the athletic one.

Mitch Hedburg. Dave Chappelle. Weird Al. Andy Kauffman. He's all four. And more.
Bravo.
Bravo.

Sometimes I watch someone do standup or sing a song and I think “yeah I can see how they did that” or “yeah i could do that”. Like you can imagine how the sausage is made.
Ive never once had that thought with Bo. He’s a freaky talented alien. Genius.
It sounds pretentious but his specials really should be viewed as art pieces that use comedy as one of the mediums.

I liked the special.
He is pretty clever. Touched on the insanity of everything very well, including his own method acting.
A gift shop at the gun range,
A shooting at the mall
Pretty decent writing as well.

I wonder if these will be put on Spotify like some of his other songs from his specials are

Per an article I just read
quote:
Unfortunately for those hoping to listen to "White Woman's Instagram" of "Welcome to the Internet" on their morning commute, the soundtrack for Bo Burnham: Inside is not available on Spotify or iTunes. The songs are also unlikely to release on those platforms any time soon. Burnham's previous Netflix special, Make Happy, is still not available as a separate album on Spotify or iTunes, since Netflix has the exclusive distribution rights.
