I'm partial to Ursula Andress' Honey Ryder (for obvious reasons) or Barbara Bach's Anya Amasova (if only because it was a Bond girl who was a legitimate match for 007) for best in this category.
Grace Jones' May Day should be the runaway winner for worst and I can't imagine a solid argument for any other candidate.
