$500k in HGRAF.

By 2030, you'll either have nothing or you may have $50 million+. Technically, this is money you don't even have now, so you wouldn't be losing anything to find out.

For what? The statement by the NCAA doesn't sound like he has much of a leg to stand on.

Now maybe there is another side to the story, but if so, what is it?

Take Chambliss or Lacey even for instance. Youre still playing a season and your coach comes up to you and wants to lock you in for another year.
The portal was open when these 2 signed their deals. They just didn't enter the portal. They could have if they wanted to.

Other than my one failed attempt at swing trading it, I haven't been worried about DCA'ing this one.

I agree with Igoringa: this seems to be a binary play where it's worth nothing or it's worth a ton. So right now - before the EPA decision - it's all about accumulating regardless of price IMO. I've been buying weekly since October and I just set it to buy at market price.

I would just put in whatever money you are prepared to gamble and not worry about a few pennies or dimes here and there. Whether we are right or wrong about this stock, those won't matter soon enough.

With this huge pop, I googled to see if there was some EPA news or something. I did find this X post from a little over a week ago and don't think it was shared here. Nothing we didn't already know, but just another person's opinion on the timeline we're working with:

?? HydroGraph (HGRAF) EPA Update: The Final Stretch to Mass Production

As we close out December 2025, all eyes are on the EPA’s “final signature” for HydroGraph Clean Power. For investors and industry watchers, this regulatory green light is the final "starting gun" for the mass production of fractal graphene in the United States.

?? Current Status: P-24-0086

HydroGraph’s specific Pre-Manufacture Notice (PMN P-24-0086) covers both FGA-1 (high-conductivity grade for batteries) and FGA-2 (lubrication grade).

• The Progress: The case has officially cleared the "Scoping" phase and is currently in the Focus Meeting stage.

• The Peer Benchmark: On December 22, 2025, a primary competitor (GMG) announced they had accepted their EPA "approval conditions." This confirms the EPA is actively clearing the graphene backlog.

• The "Signature" Window: With the case now in Focus/Risk Assessment, we are moving toward the final Risk Management phase. Based on typical federal timelines, the final "signature" is anticipated between late February and early March 2026.
?? Why the Signature Matters

The EPA approval is the official trigger for HydroGraph's aggressive 2026 expansion plan:

1. Texas Groundbreaking: HydroGraph is set to break ground in Q1 2026 on a 70,000 sq. ft. facility.

2. Massive Capacity: This site will jump from the current ~1 ton/month capacity to over 350 tons annually by late 2026.

3. Revenue Shift: The signature allows HydroGraph to move from selling "test samples" to fulfilling tonnage-scale industrial contracts with their 60+ current trial customers.

?? Technical Deep Dive: FGA-1 vs. FGA-2
The filing covers two distinct products that serve separate multi-billion dollar markets:

• FGA-1 (3–9 layers): Optimized for EV batteries and high-strength plastics. Recent tests showed a 114% increase in PET plastic strength, allowing for significantly lighter and greener packaging.

• FGA-2 (~32 layers): Optimized for the lubrication and concrete sectors. Its "sliding plate" structure significantly reduces friction and mechanical wear in industrial engines.
?? What to Watch Next

Keep a close eye on the EPA PMN Status Table. The next major "tell" will be the status changing to "Awaiting Submitter Signature." Once that appears, a formal company announcement is usually only 5–10 business days away.

The Bottom Line: HydroGraph is redomiciling to Texas, securing acetylene pipeline access, and preparing for a potential Nasdaq listing in February 2026. All signs suggest the company is positioning itself to hit the ground running the second the EPA pen hits the paper.

Well, I still don't see why they can't alternate. One week at his church and one week at hers. Seems like the most simple of compromises and if they can't even bend that much for each other I'm afraid this marriage is doomed.
Yep. If neither of them are willing to budge on this simple of a compromise, Lord help them once they start having children, financial issues, etc..

I am saying this as a friend and a brother in the faith - you need to really give some serious thought to whether you are being motivated by genuine faith which is of the Holy Spirit, or by spiritual pride which is of the evil one.
Amen. I was guilty of the latter years ago.

No, communion in this particular church is strictly a symbol
A symbol of what? Do you not believe in what is being symbolized?

This is such cringy convert Catholicism, that I'm starting to think this is a troll.
quote:

Is sounds like you are locked on religion and not Christianity. Both churches are Christian and they worship differently. But they both worship our Lord and Savior
This is my issue with many Catholics (definitely not all) and my former self. Too many worship Catholicism over Jesus.

Yes, all religions have their issues but I'm keeping it relevant to the thread here.
quote:

To answer your question, though, communion for Catholics is acknowledgement of the Church and its teachings, and an open expression that you practice the teachings of the Church (community=communion). If I truly believe in the true substance, which I do, I’m not going take communion at a place who very openly doesn’t believe what I do. It would make me a hypocrite
Well, I was raised Catholic. What you are describing is communion in a Protestant church. The Eucharist is a step farther through transubstantiation.

But my point remains. Communion in your church can mean one thing to you, which it obviously does. It doesn't make communion in a Protestant Church inaccurate or insincere.

Any Christian (remember, Catholics, this does include you ) should be willing to participate in a Protestant communion. Otherwise I think you are confused about what it means to be a Christian.
quote:

I will only take communion at the Catholic Church
Why? Even in a Protestant church, it's a representation of the body of Christ.

While you may believe it actually becomes the body of Christ in your own church, why would you refuse to eat a wafer in a Protestant church to honor Jesus? That's pretty disrespectful to our Lord and Savior, IMO.

What a ridiculous hill to kill a relationship on. You sound like a new Catholic who can't get over himself. Hint: Jesus wasn't a Catholic either...

If I recall, OP has around 100k shares - most of which he bought dirt cheap

Wish I would've seen this thread when he started it.

I've thought the same thing as I have about $1,500 in FGPHF. But they also got a shoutout in that MoneyWeek article earlier this week:

quote:

Australian firm First Graphene (Sydney: FGR) is starting to bring products to market, and its graphene-enhanced cement has moved from the trial phase to mass production, says Gupta. The company is now beginning to receive contracts from major construction firms such as Breeden and Morgan Sindall. Indeed, earlier this month First Graphene announced the production of 600 tonnes of graphene-enhanced cement at Breedon Group’s works in Derbyshire for use in new projects that are expected to be rolled out in the UK.

I think I'm just going to ride it out for now.

F it, just bought another 500 shares.

I, too, was thinking we'd have another year to accumulate (I throw a little money at it every week), but with the rumor about the EPA decision being imminent, I'm not so sure.

I'm in for 17.5k shares now - I was hoping to hit 20k before any big news. I don't know what I'd do if this hit 5 or 10x it's current value. If it hits 10x, I'm going to be thinking it can hit 100x. But like y'all, it would be a nice dilemma to have.

The question is, do I tell my wife or not?
I've thought this same thing

My wife has no idea about any of this, so it would be a fun surprise if this really took off.

ETA: I keep no secrets from my wife (just in case she ever sees this, ha). She just doesn't care. She doesn't know whether we have $10 to our name or $10 million. As long as the credit card works...

LOL, disregard. This stock makes no sense.

I just hope that they are not an acquisition target. The executive team could all walk away rich if they took a $12/share buyout.
Somewhat of a good concern to have, I suppose, but I agree that would be a huge downer even if we all walk with a nice chunk of change from it.

I like to think that the relative low cost to produce on a mass scale would encourage the team to avoid a buyout temptation.
I guess the news got out, she's running

That's my thought, too. Graphene still seems like a blip on the radar so I'm thinking there are no equivalent companies like big pharma.

Because if everyone is playing by the same set of rules, then there is really no reason why we shouldn't get the approval....but we know that isn't always the case. And the fact that this seems to be dragging on has me a little concerned about foul play. But I'm with you - I'm still accumulating. As far as my spec plays go, I'm going all in on this one.
