add Darkwing Duck, Good Troop and Rescue Rangers. Plus the animation quality kicks the shite out of anything from the 80's.

I will say, they had awesome intro songs back then.
Top 10 80s cartoon intros
I'd recommend watching:
Mighty Orbots
Thundercats
Transformers (first two seasons)
Gummi Bears
Ducktales
Inspector Gadget
It kinda depends on their ages. They might like He-Man/She-Ra, if you have girls Jem, and a few others.
That said, to answer your question - outside of the Disney ones, I guess you'll have to just look in different places. Hulu/Netflix/Etc

90s was better looking back from today.
If you go back and watch 80s cartoons today, it's pretty much advertisements for toys and the content was pretty garbage. The toys were better in the 80s IMO though.
90s cartoons started doing better with putting some content with their need to sell toys.

my mind was blown when I was watching "The Toys That Made Us". I had no idea that many cartoons were made in order to sell toys. I had always assumed that comic books and shows/movies came first followed by the toys based on those properties. Many of the toys that had episodes in the The Toys that made us were created first, and the storylines/side characters were created simply to sell more toys. Sometimes the toys even came before comic books.
