I think this is more of a Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy situation.
yeah, Finley has ZERO chance of ever sniffing an NFL roster...

Tiresome. I wish the very best for TJ though.

Wrong!
to TJ!
No reason to leave college if college is willing to pay.

Time to grow up TJ and find a real job. He’s everything wrong with college sports today.
I agree with your. so maybe the NCAA is forcing him out?

he should have just gone to a small school and played there for 4 years after LSU. it was obvious he had some talent but just wan't a big time QB.
he could have had a nice career and great college experience somewhere. maybe even could have tricked an NFL team out of a couple hundred thousand/million with some luck.

Auburn’s on their third head coach since he was with the program. Hard to fathom he’s still around.

The only draft that may pick him is to go fight in Iran

That year at Texas State (true year 4) was pretty solid. But we all know WKU has such deep NIL pockets that it must have been easy to leave
How he got a 7th year for 2025 medical hardship after playing in 7 games (6 starts) and averaging nearly 30 attempts/game is certifiably insane
To choose the draft over anything else after a 6 TD / 7 INT season suggests he may be both greedy and retarded

This is pretty sad. At some point self awareness has to kick in, and you focus on finding a solid school with a decent enough program. Start trying to get good grades and endearing yourself to that alumni base. He doesn’t have much to lean on at this point, and I’m sure his academic record is a disaster.

Bro, this football thing may not be working out.

At what point do you realize that you're simply not a football player? It's the school, it's not the coach, it's not the league, you just don't need to play the sport. I also love "declaring" for the draft like they've been waiting on him.

But it actually did work out…for a long time!
