Watching what Jayden Daniels did to our defense last year in Columbia. Best player I’ve ever seen live. I am not at all surprised by his success as a rookie in the NFL.

Same as you, I was a decent enough basketball player to hang with good college players
I could hang on the A court in the fieldhouse, but that was my peak. I can honestly say though, pre social media/internet notoriety, if Chris Jackson had walked into the field house as a 5'11 150 lb freshman, I would've been chosen over him for a pickup game, as would about 30 other dudes.
And then the game would've started and whoever did the choosing would've regretted that decision for life lol. And you are dead on, it was extremely humbling just casually shooting around with him and seeing how elite someone like that really is. I have never seen anyone transform themselves like he could with a basketball in his hands. I can not stress enough how nerdy frail he looked just walking around campus.
Curry is the best pure shooter of all-time, but you put CJ in that offense in todays 3 point contest type game, and he would blow minds.

I do'nt think many people realize this, but it's true.
Guy was 50 years old playing in the BIG3 shooting over 40% from 3 still.

The Clowney hit. 10 rows up on the 50 yard line - right in front of us - sounded like a car crash

Halloween night 2003 - Rummel vs Jesuit
Craig Steltz carried the ball only 7 times for 170 yards and scored 20 points in an 8 minute span of the 4th quarter in a 38-27 comback victory over Jesuit.

1996 Olympics, men’s 200M finals, saw Michael Johnson shatter the WR. It was amazing watching the flashbulbs follow him around the track.

I am not ashamed to say that was my first thought as well. Just so people know that 20 points is 3 TD and he ran in an 2 pt conversion
you a Rummel grad?

Sadly for me it was the Camback in 2010.

1982, Cal scores on last play by running through the Stanford band and ruining a John Elway-led comeback.

Saw Kevin Faulk score about 10 touchdowns against Comeaux High his Sr. year.

LSU national championship 2003 in the Superdome.

My youngest son's first game in the dome was a Saints come back from down 31-16 to the Redskins with 5:58 left in the 4th quarter back in 2017. He couldn't sit still the whole 4th quarter. It was amazing.

Jim Rice hit a home run completely over the outer wall in center field at Fenway. He was the fifth person ever, and it will probably never happen again -- they put up a higher wall for advertising the next year.

Cam Newton’s run against LSU.
Roger Clemens pitch a complete game shutout for the Jays
Nathan MacKinnon scoring a natural hat trick last year for the Avs
Also saw 3-2 in person, that was something.

The "better than most putt". I was on 17 with a view of the tee box of 18. There with my dad. You see the condensed version of that but in real life..tiger scoped that like a billiard player. I think he had that calculations going off in his head. I bet my dad that Tiger would make it. Every other player we watched took some looks of how they wanted to approach it trying to get it close ....tiger was examining how to make it.
Also at TPC ..11th hole par 5;wed practice round. Tiger shanked one so bad, ball ends up on 10 and he's holding the wood with one hand twirled above his head. Sean O Hare was the practice round partner ..and started laughing and giving tiger grief . Tiger dropped another ball, rips a beautiful fade to about 6.7 ft and gave O hare a look

I saw Hideo Nomo throw a no-hitter against the Baltimore Orioles in 2001. It was the first no-hitter ever at Camden Yards

Was in the centerfield bleachers in Tiger Stadium for game 5 of the 1984 World Series with Detroit Tigers and San Diego. Got a piece of turf after the game. Missed the riot on the other side of the stadium. Did not know about it till I got home.
