They start losing, you wont see the tards like Will Ferrell on the sidelines. They win, he and his ilk will be at the big games at night, whoring for the cameras

The sport of big time CFB and to a program this is a boardline Blueblood.
Bama plays East Carolina at noon this Saturday and while it not be a sellout at least 75k will show up and UGA plays Tennessee State and at least that many will be attending that game and the weather will probably be equally shitty at both Tuscaloosa and Athens.
I would al speculate the EVERY SEC school sans Vandy will eclipse the pathetic 25k mark put up by USC. So yes,it's embarrassing and pathetic.

In Will Ferrell's defense, he actually went to USC. The many other celebs who never went to college should stay home & they were obviously there because it was the in thing to do at the time when the Lakers weren’t playing. USC was better off when they were the only football team in town & the Rams & Chargers weren't there yet. It is also an elitist private school so not everyone can get in even though they have bandwagon fans who never went to college or went somewhere else.

This was the game that took the place of hosting ND. Unless they end up getting to 10-2 and making the CFP (certainly possible, though I wouldn’t say probable) seems like a very poor financial decision. Not really a huge difference between 8-4 vs 7-5, or between 9-3 vs 8-4. Probably lost upwards of $12M in revenue from ticket sales though (both single-game and season tix).

Even if you got the entire 20k student body to show out it would still look barren as hell in that big arse stadium for most games. It's so fricking long they don't even center the playing field b/c the end zone seats would be a mile away from the field.
Here's a game against Ohio State and even then if you zoom in to the endzone you can see plenty of empty seats.
It may have some cool looking architecture but as a stadium for football games it's kind of shite.

I never understand these types of posts. There are only 7 home games a year. USC hadn't played in the Coliseum in 9 months. There are 45 non-USC Saturdays (and 97 non-USC Saturdays/Sundays) throughout the year, without even factoring in weeknights. Also, it's not like the game literally takes all day.
We can call a spade a spade and just say it was an embarrassing turnout. No need to sugarcoat it.

Still when teams play garbage opponents with a point spread of 30+ points, interest is just off. Same with SEC schools to a point. Fans just don't get fired up as they would against a big time opponent that is promising to be a competitive game.
