That league and its media are so toxic and blatantly far left.. I am glad the rest of the world finally gets to see it for what it really is.
Watching the league tear itself apart from the inside the last 2 weeks has been enjoyable.
Clark, Sophie, and a few of the black stars who aren't totally unhinged should break off and form their own league.

It's amazing to me how twisted in the head liberal women are.

Marathon carpet munching and extreme scissoring do take its toll. Give her a break.

Does sophie have grounds to sue? This is, at its corps, colusion and its dangerous for her to take the court right now!

Is Cunningham considered dirty and dishing out brutal fouls herself?
If so, the headline isn’t totally ridiculous.
If not, it’s troubling af.

I can't believe Sophie slammed her face into the poor defenseless defenders arm. I hope the arm is OK.

What I’ll never understand is what or who puts these people on a higher pedestal than anyone else.
What makes this woman any different than posters here or anywhere on social media? It’s an opinion piece. That’s all it is and all it will ever be. But because she posts from “Sports Illustrated”, I’m supposed to somehow believe that what she says goes? Her opinion is more important than anyone on the internet?
frick off. This chick is no different than some progressive agitator with a phone and a social media account.

Right on. I come here when I want to hear other opinions on sports from guys like you and me.
Honestly, in this age of internet message forums, I struggle to understand how any of these hacks can make a living writing about sports.
The profession feels entirely unnecessary now.

100%. That’s all it’s turned into anymore is opinion writing. I’ll give a little bit of leeway to tv personalities because they probably more to say than I do, but in print or on paper, these “writers” mean absolutely nothing to me.

You just laid out what's wrong with today's media.
It used to be someone writing for Sports Illustrated would have some journalistic integrity and would be different than Joe Schmo.
Not anymore.

Considering the NBA has been subsidizing them for decades when they had worse attendance, is there really any scenario where the league could tear itself apart?

Maybe. Their chance at attracting conservative white people who just want to see basketball and not sit in an arena full of purple-haired sea hags I almost zero. They cater to about 10% of the population, if that. Every day they do something to drive away mainstream fans.
Perhaps at some point the NBA pulls the plug

Start elbowing these dirty bitches back in the eye. This is prison yard shite.

Seriously, who is their audience supposed to be?
I'm not watching any women's sport unless I have a family member participating. Even then I'd only be half paying attention. The WNBA is never going to be appealing to most men and women generally dont care about sports. I just dont see the purpose of it or why anyone cares about them..
