Seriously, who is their audience supposed to be?
There are a LOT of young white girls who play basketball that go to LSU's women's games and worship the LSU players.
The WNBA does nothing to cater to that demographic at all. You think those 2 girls that the Seattle owner bitched at are ever going back to a game there? If I were serious about making money, I would try to appeal to that demographic, but every day the league shows itself. All they care about is being woke.

Bill Bellichek needs to teach a class on how to answer stupid questions not sports related.
Wonder how many basketball questions they get asked.

Is Cunningham considered dirty and dishing out brutal fouls herself? If so, the headline isn’t totally ridiculous. If not, it’s troubling af.
I think she’s had two different flagrant 2s over the last year (maybe just one).
The headline is dumb considering what else is going on, but if you ignore that, it feels more like a “Draymond Green got karmic justice” sort of post which would make more sense.
Fwiw, the writer did say Dijonai’s foul fell under the flagrant 2 category, but the rest of it felt pretty clearly anti-Cunningham.

Clark, Sophie, and a few of the black stars who aren't totally unhinged should break off and form their own league.
Sounds like a real great idea
We could go back to not ever talking about women’s basketball

At this point I liken the WNBA to wrestling. Mostly scripted BS to get some sort of return on the NBA’s investment.
It’s like a rich guy with a wife with an online candle shop that loses $100k a year… whatever it comes up with financially is less of a loss when it’s actually paid the overhead for a month or two.

Kristen is everything is that wong with today's sports media...
The media members whose job is to inform and tell the news are basically extinct. Everything is about rage bait and trolling for clicks now. Pretty sad.
