I'm shocked people think an NFL team won't give this guy a chance. Not saying a team is going to use a 1st round pick on him but hell yes he'll get picked up.

"Going to be a pariah". Their softball coach has BEEN under attack from the League's other softball teams. He's being accused of breaking all of the protocols rules, even having players from other teams on campus for visits while those players are still enrolled at their current school. He just bought LSU's best player for a million bucks, while "legal" he's just following in Tech's football foot prints. Several other schools have pledged not to play them anymore.

No NFL team will take him. The one rule you cannot break in pro sports is gambling. He's not worth it for a NFL team when there are dozens of other QBs who are better prospects.

In my opinion they made two massive mistakes.
(1) The day the injunction was granted they should have released a statement saying they were committed to Sorsby rehab and happy to keep him as part of the team but he would not be playing on Saturdays. However to assist with his treatment he was welcome to remain in the team and engage in all non-game related team activities.
(2) If you were determined to play him just release a statement they day of the Injunction saying that you would honor the legal process and let it play out and then just shut up. Let it die down between now And August. Releasing 5 statements a day was never going to win anyone over and just ensured the story stayed front and center of the national spotlight

Take a step back and realize Sorsby is one of the elite QBs for the 2027 draft. He’s the third best QB behind Arch and Dante Moore
Of course he will be taken in the supplemental draft. He’s way too talented to go undrafted
