He’s a documented gambling addict who has bet on his own team. More talented guys have had their stock plummet for less.

It’s one thing for your running back of corner to be retarded, it’s a little different when you’re qb is that compromised.

Yeah, but he still kinda has that "gambling on his own team" thing hanging fresh over his head.

But the NFL lets rapists, domestic abusers, and other various felons play on Sundays, so he probably will be taken by someone.

What will be interesting is the risk/reward analysis the teams will do. Because be damn sure that if he relapses the NFL may well also punish the team/owner given the history.

Which, morbid to say, ain’t as bad a gambling on your own team when it comes to whether or not you’re a liability for your franchise/owner.

There’s no way to know this without letting the 2026 season play out. Allar, Klubnik, Nuss were all projected high a year ago.

You’re also launching him past a ton of guys like Sellers, Sayin, Maiava

It is kinda like that weird hierarchy in prison where child molesters are considered to be the worst of the worst.

The NFL is completely in bed with every gambling partner. This isn’t the early 2000s anymore. They have no moral leg to stand on here about integrity, outside of the rules outlined in the CBA

You're totally missing the point.

This isn't about having the moral high ground. You'd take a bunch of outlaws as linebackers if you could. You'd take the scum of the earth, if they can help you WIN.

A degenerate gambler could throw the game. Especially at QB, probably the biggest risk position (outside of your kicker maybe). Every bad play raises the question of whether it was intentional.

If he goes undrafted in the supp. draft he's pretty much put on the same level of sex offender athletes. Don't touch kids, don't bet on sports are things these athletes shouldn't have to be told. It's ballsy he's still even trying to play again despite the shite he did.

There's a precedent. Boutte bet on LSU games he played in including on himself to score a TD. He lost that bet.

The difference with Sorsby is that it's a lot higher profile of a story that broke when he was still in school but otherwise the NFL has shown that it doesn't seem to be much of an issue.

Whether he sticks to it or not, Sorbys story right now is that he has a severe gambling addiction and requires treatment. That’s the difference and it’s a huge one

Deshaun Watson is on a roster and people really think a team won't give Sorsby a chance? I'll be shocked if he doesn't.

This is going to be interesting to watch play out. The supplemental draft doesn't always get a ton of action, but a notable name definitely shakes things up. It really depends on which teams have the roster flexibility to take a chance on him.

Ken Paxton commits career suicide,

F Ken Paxton..I used to have his back on his past allegations..he's a garbage clown, and dead to me now.

Texas Tech now look like nouveau riche whores, and their Billionaire booster's recent rationale on the matter made him look like the dumbest f@ck to strike paydirt since Jethro Bodean.
