Now That The B1G/SEC Can Have 20 Schools...who gets in?

This is of course assuming the bill passes the house (which im not sure that it will). The B1G has 18 teams and 2 spots available, whereas the SEC has 16 spots with 4 open.
which 6 schools are the likeliest to fill those spots, where, and why?

SEC takes Florida State, Clemson, Virginia Tech, and North Carolina.
The Big 10 gets Miami and Notre Dame.

what is the appeal of virginia tech? they don't bring anything to the table. UNC would be a far better fit in the SEC with alot more upside.

The SEC shouldn't add any schools. It should contract rather than expand.

Why would they when the committee practically guarantees them a playoff slot?

I’d rather we bring Tulane back to the SEC. Louisiana should have two schools in the conference. I don’t care about the other three. We need more bottom dwellers. How many good teams in the Big 10?

The conferences should be capped at 12 for football. Return the island of misfit toy teams back where they belong

Kinda agree with this^^^^.
The SEC needs to add 4 teams that give Mizzou a legit shot of winning a couple of football games in conference annually.

SEC doesn’t need to add additional teams to flex
its football muscles. Other than Notre Dame, who wouldn’t join, I’m not sure any of the ACC or Big 12 teams would really further that. Perhaps Miami? FSU and Clemson have seen better years.
That said, as crazy as this sounds, I’d look to adding 2 at first: UNC and Kansas. Both border SEC states and a conference of Kentucky, UNC, and Kansas would solidify basketball elite status. You’d own all three sports: football, basketball and baseball.
