He’s an idiot not coming out in this draft. He’s probably the second QB off the board. He really must not want to play for the Jets.

Do they still have a supplemental draft?

Is the Supreme Court of a state going to risk invalidating their state's legal system to pw3n the NCAA and help Ole Miss?

That would be the most SEC thing ever, so….probably

You think NIL money is more than a first round qb pick? Likely in the top half?

No agent worth their salt would advise their client to pass on the weakest QB class in a decade plus to stay in Oxford for an easy buck.

They’re also gambling that a large part of his success wasn’t due to kiffin and Weis. Im not so sure about that.

Moreso precedent they created. And inconsistency in their rulings.

kyler Murray's drop off could hurt perception of chambliss.

Doesn't help Ole Miss that their judge acted like a spoiled brat and ordered the NCAA lawyers to appear in his court so he could scold them for leaving the court before he wanted them to leave, you know: while he was getting an autograph

It makes 0 sense for him not to.

This is a weak QB draft and he would make more in a rookie contract getting to it now.

The ONLY explanation is that the NFL teams have told him he's not getting drafted in the first two days, if at all

Any other D2 or D3 kid would have the same problem with eligibility. He should not get a pass just bc he had a great season.

Oh how this opinion would be different had he followed Kiffin like most here wanted.

Nope. My boy played D3 fb and he would not get this treatment so I am coming at the angle of fairness to the other lower tier fb players.

Perfect Karma would be that he wins and has a career ending injury in the first game and never sees the Pros or any of that professional money.

Chambliss is a 2nd/3rd round QB whether he comes out this year or next year.

Tyler Shough was 2nd round (40th) pick overall and got 4 years $10.8 million.

Chambliss is reportedly getting $5 million+ if allowed to return to Ole Miss.

The only thing he is losing by not going pro is the ability to get through rookie contract faster.

Monetarily, he may end up better at Ole Miss for another year, especially if he balls out again without Kiffin/Weis Jr.

Their slipper has fallen off, the ball is over. They wont come close to last year's performance.

He will have to try and do too much, and wont be nearly as effective
