Comes off like the driver was a scared bitch and when he tried to force his way back in his car and got pushed back he escalated it with pepper spray.
When Mark gets hit with the spray he reacts like anyone would and the driver then escalates again (due to his fear) and gets a knife to kill Sanchez.
Idiotic for the police to charge Sanchez after review that film and any top lawyer will take this case, get it thrown out and get criminal charges put on the driver.
The excuse to escalate due to being a scared bitch should die in a fire

Lol most of you are almost as old if not as old as him so you're seeing it from his eyes. The fear and the need to escalate because of that fear.

If one of the fatherless black youths Dan Dakich wanted to be involved had done that to the truck driver they wouldn't get charged with just a couple misdemeanors and be out of jail for $300.

Right now it’s 3 misdemeanors, you think they will upgrades the charges ?
Edit: never mind. Just saw they upgraded to felony. Said can add more charges. 1 to 6 years in prison on table.
