I would stay away from Ball if I am the Lakers. Too much going on wit Lamar Ball and a team of so much youth in Russell, Clarkson, Ingram, Randle, Zuban, Nance, and Black. Best to add Fox or Jackson and keep team cohesiveness going.

Monk will be the best guard from this draft class

If Fox learns to shoot from the perimeter, he's going to be amazing.

That's what I was just about to post. he has a better chance to develop one than Ball, who has that slow release hitch in his shot. He won't have the kind of time to unload it vs NBA defenders

Fox looks to be a speed demon in the mold of Wall, gamewise offensively...using his superior speed to get to the rack or create space

No team is going to make a decision on a player because of his father. People are taking the Lavar hate too far.

If we really wanted to take a risk we could pass on Ball. Then have Lavar be such a headache for another team because they aren't LA and get Ball for a discount

But we're taking Ball. Everything else is a smoke screen

LaVar Ball is probably doing all this to get a 30 for 30 one day made.

I really like Fox but you're still going to be laughed off the board for saying he's going #1 overall

They probably have no desire to pass on ball. But this may get them better offers than they otherwise would've had, so it may be worth it just to see.

Any reports as to who is going to be drafted where at this point is just bullshite from the players' agents or the front office. Draft politics.

Some one is going to get a really good player in Tatum, and it will be a steal. He's top3 talent, and still hasn't grown into his body yet. Already very good and still hasn't hit his peak.

That would be a great move by them. De'Aaron Fox is very very good. Lightning quick.

Not saying it isn't true but this report is good for both the Lakers and draft express

i like him more because he will be an elite defensive player while Fultz will be a likely suck defense

i mean, point guards in general do not win titles..wings and dominant centers do. isiah thomas 1.0,irnically magic.......so if u r npt going to be my best player it woulld be nice if u could play defense thats all im saying

Every year there are "cant miss" talents that whiff completely, and every year there is a guy who slips, sometimes as far as the second round, who turns out to be a star.

I don't pretend to know anything about how good these guys will be.
