Have you sent in your resume to the other 29 incompetent NBA organizations who didnt want Okafor at the deadline?

can't be any worse than the GM who decided to give 200 plus million dollars to two guards who are just volume scorers whop can't defend and to give a 16 million dollar contract to a guy who didn't play one second

So... have you submitted a resume then?

The Hawks have an opening, if you need a start. Do you keep Millsap?

Also fwiw those guards that don't play defense but make $$$ finished the season with the 9th best team defense from post all star break. Kinda helps to have a shot blocking center but I wouldn't expect you to know that.

Can the Lakers somehow sneak Jerry West into their workouts for all the players they are considering with the #2 pick and let Jerry tell the Lakers which one to draft?

"Another" implies they already have a superstar. Which they don't. PG would be their only superstar

dude it's a frickING OPINION. on a SPORTS FORUM created to discuss various opinions on various sports related subjects, like the NBA draft.

I don't like lonzo ball. I don't like his game. I have watched the same games that everyone else has watched and this is the opinion that i have formed based on said information.

I not only told you my opinion, I told you specificlly what about him that i don't like. I think he's not a quick twitch athlete and will struggle with more athletic guards, he can't play defense and his release point will make the PnR, a staple in todays nba, at least from inside the 3 point line, impossible. Those are 3 legit concners.

And your reponse is to tell me to "put my name in as a GM"? Really that's the best you can do, ad homonim the guy who doesn't agree with you?

Did you read what he said? He said trade to get PG now so you can clear space for another superstar to pair with PG

I may have misinterpreted. Sounded like he was saying PG was the superstar they were adding and being "another"

My "another" was adding someone in addition to George.

Best way would be pick 2, Deng, Mazgov for George and then sign Griffin or Hayward

You sure you don't want Indy to toss in Myles Turner for that Juggernaught offer of #2, DENG & MOZGOD?

So you think the Pacers would give up Paul George and take on two bad contracts held by bad / declining veteran players?

It's going to take valuable assets such as draft picks or promising young players for the Pacers to part with PG.

I wouldn't be surprised if they take someone over Ball. They've both been on record saying they haven't spoken to anyone with the Lakers.

Lakers hold a lot of power in the George trade. Indiana is at risk of losing him for nothing. I think straight pick 2 for George is too much for George. In that case just wait a year. If the Pacers want pick 2 package it with two bad contracts. If the Lakers have to through in Clarkson then that is fine to get the deal done.

Say pick 2 is Fox. Indiana having Turner, Clarkson, and Fox post George would not be a horrible foundation.

Or he could be dealt elsewhere. I member when Kevin Love was a sure thing to be a Laker.
