We have one elite player in Olave, and two potential elites in Shough and Banks. We need 3-5 more elite players and improvements at another 3-5 positions after that.

We need another very good draft and cap recalibrattion.
We can be the Commanders or Patriots of the last two years but I would rather be the Eagles or Seahawks.
