For those of you counting, that's 2 Super Bowls in a row that a team gets a questionable penalty giving them an extra set of downs to win the Super Bowl.

Yea if it's a penalty to me you call it no matter situation. If you think it's a penalty in the first quarter week 1 then it's still a penalty
