re: Jason Whitlock: Is Joe Burrow suffering Colin Kaepernick disease?

I think he is suffering from missing too much time in the offseason due to surgery and he plays for the Bengals.
People say he holds the ball too long, but they still have possibly the worst pass blocking Oline in the NFL.

Well I will say this, he had way more magical moments last year and his Oline was worse than this one is supposed to be. Collins got pushed all around last week. He looked very kninspired in both games.

Comparing these two is so insane and idiotic. Almost any qb would’ve taken those 49ers to the super bowl back then. What joe did was incredible last year and his Oline is somehow worse
Other place the analogy fails is Burrow is still playing at a high level.
Kaep went woke after he lost his job to Blaine Gabbert.

The reality is that Joe Burrow is a good quarterback with less than average intellect
He's an intelligent guy, but some very intelligent people can seem like morons when it comes to politics. He's not really a political imbecile though like many people are today. He went to the White House with Trump and said Trump showed the team so much love that they all had a great experience. The wokest of woke would die first before saying such a thing.
He is naive though. He said LSU should give Coach O a lifetime contract during his Heisman speech.

That outfit was pretty ridiculous.

He said right before the season started that the surgery had affected the velocity of this throws and that he was still getting back into playing shape since he had the surgery right before the season and couldn't throw the ball/practice for a few weeks. The Steelers made some great interceptions on some of his passes, but I did notice that a number of his passes seemed weaker than usual in that game.

Jason Whitlock is a dumbass
I’d say he made a very smart career pivot, started out as your typical race baiter but seeing he was a dime a dozen there, he decided to lean heavily into being the black conservative sports guy. Suddenly your Uncle Walt is sharing his articles on Facebook “ see this black guy agrees with me!” and it was on from there

While I don't agree with Whitlock assement, but he is far from a dumb arse

He suffering from a terrible OL.

Two games into the season post Super Bowl and now the narrative is that Burrow isn’t a good QB

Posted on 9/22/22 at 8:47 pm to SPEEDY
While I agree somewhat on that premise, what does that have to do with game day performance? Whatever someone told him to say doesn’t have anything to do with his performance once the game starts, and I’m pretty sure it’s still a team sport.

Commentary like this happens when you work for people like Glen Beck.

How dare he not comment on the societal issues check marked and approved upon by a round table of retards.

Offensive line stinks. Someone said it best - giving 2002 Texans OL a run for its money.
Posted on 9/22/22 at 11:01 pm to Akit1
He has more time on average per drop back this season than last year. The folks scapegoating the line don’t want to see the entire picture.
OL is def a problem, but not the entire one.

Whitlock’s shtick is so damn predictable, boring, and old. Dude could write an article about how a ham sandwich is woke. He has to write one of these articles once a month to try and stay on the radar.

Two games, thirteen sacks, awful special teams. The wolves come out.
