I got W3 D3 today for big squat Thursday, I’m gonna SS some tricep kickbacks with the iso curls and some DB laterals with the rear delt laterals at the end. Really trying to grow those side delts.

Robert Irvine Fit Crunch. I did these when bulking and needed something in a pinch, but as others have said it’s better to get protein from whole foods.
But they are the best tasting ones I’ve tried....

I’ve had weird head feelings for a while like slight dizziness that comes and goes, some lethargy, flushed feeling, ringing in the ears. Doctor said it’s sinusitis which is fluid buildup behind the ear drums. It’s a huge nuisance but nothing threatening. Just makes me feel tired and off....
