How long before the WNBA finally dies?

What a week they’ve had with the Cunningham drama (she was right), the Reese and Paige bet, the little girls being berated by a team owner. All of this on top of the constant CC hate.
Then tonight the Fever coach making her dumbass comments about not knowing the difference between a man and woman and the Portland coach saying he would welcome men to the game.
frick, this league is a disaster. There’s no shot it can keep going. Literally everything about this league is exhausting.
Let it be known, I don’t watch. I got all of this info from scrolling Twitter/X.

When people stop going to NBA games and the NBA is no longer financially subsidizing the entire f*cking league - like some believe they are morally obligated to do for some completely f*cking insane reason. Only at this point will ESPN and the rest of the mainstream media stop trying to force-feed it down our throat.

It is hard to miss if you go anywhere near Twitter.
I used to be indifferent about the league. I used to enjoy Seimone and Sylvia playing, but that was about it.
Now I am openly rooting for it to cannibalize itself. That league cares more about social justice than basketball and the "social justice" they advocate is supported by only a small minority of the population.

They are getting exactly what they want..attention. Caitlyn Clark, Angel Reese, Sophie..I’ve never watched a second of it but I know all these names..I’d argue the league is probably more relevant than it’s ever been.

Leave it to a bunch of women to squander the biggest business opportunity in the history of their organization because they don’t like how the cash cows look or act.

Over The past few years I’d leave games on because I thought I’d give it a shot as a background view.. now I change the channel immediately because I don’t want hear all the extra bullshite they spout to hype up the players. The league is a real view of modern leftist feminism on full display…

What many are not aware of, the WNBA only plays 44 regular season games. Yet they want the same revenue as the NBA which plays an 82 game schedule. With the playoffs bringing in more revenue.
