Can we wait until we get his breathalyzer back before labeling him a killer? It’s entirely possible this was entirely his fault and does appear to look that way early on.
But let’s say he was impaired because of a concussion he sustained in the accident, and the other car was stopped at a green light because that person fell asleep also drunk so Ruggs ran into him. Again, unlikely, but don’t know why you seem to be itching to label Ruggs a killer here.

Nope, just can’t believe this many people are sticking up for a guy who ended somebody’s life last night. Intentionally or not.
Please don't confuse my plea to wait for the facts to unfold, particularly as to his actual intoxication levels, as defending Ruggs.

Dude's a fricking hypocritical piece of shite apparently, by his own definition.

Never have, never will. Not sure where you’re getting that from in my post. Another Bama fan sticking up for a killer! Man, couldn’t be me.

Nope. Texas Tiger7 has seen all he needs to see. Lock Ruggs up.

Unpossible.

You really need to go into timeout for a while. You've totally lost objectivity on this. You're splitting your time between bashing people for talking about it and defending Ruggs.
If your biggest point to make about this sad situation is that multiple threads have been started about it (the horror!), then you're showing your arse. Stop it.

I never admitted to drinking and driving dumbass. But carry on typically Bama fan. “Henry Ruggs isn’t that bad” forget that somebody is dead because of him. frick that right?
He never said any of that, you retard

someone with Ruggs' resources and in the year 2021. Its weird that youre defending him so much. This isnt a 16 year old making this mistake in 1962
Would the dead person give a shite either way?

Y’all laugh all y’all want at me. Somebody is dead because of Henry Ruggs.

Lol timeout? Gfy
I've stayed multiple times in multiple threads that Ruggs deserves whatever he gets for drinking and driving and someone dying as a result.
I don't have to think that he is a monster because of it. Get over it. If it were an LSU player that has by all prior indications been a standup, benevolent guy, I would think the exact same thing.
And boo fricking hoo, I called someone out for making the fourth thread on the same subject with all of the threads being on the first page of the rant. People call people out all the time for that shite on here.

You’re coming across as a diehard LSU fan labeling Ruggs as a trash human because he played at Bama.
It appears he did something incredibly stupid, and someone lost their life because of his actions, but it doesn’t mean he’s a bad guy or evil. He’ll pay a heavy price for his actions. Sadly, he’ll never be able to replace the life he was responsible for taking.

I read that Ruggs rear ended the other vehicle, causing it to burst into flames.

You don't charge someone with a felony in a DUI case unless you have enough evidence to do so. That evidence is very simple to get through blood, breath, or urine.
Not exactly. If he refused tests, they can still arrest him for suspicion of DUI based on various other factors. The reports thus far have been too vague to say what factors were considered. It also doesn't say whether they believe he was intoxicated with alcohol or some other substance. They most likely got a warrant to get a blood sample and will know pretty soon whether or not he was legally impaired. It doesn't take a ton of evidence to have probable cause to simply arrest someone for DUI

According to Metro, evidence at the scene indicated that the Corvette rear-ended the Toyota, which caught on fire.
Police said one person, identified by The Associated Press as a woman, was found dead inside the Toyota.

Ruggs is going to buttrapeville

What more information do you want bro? Do you want the body bag at your front door to examine? Ruggs is being charged with a felony in Nevada. He’s a piece of shite.
Well for starters, BAL, how fast he was going at time of contact, and if the contacted person caused the accident. Someone can be rear ended and still be at fault. It is HIGHLY unlikely that Ruggs isnt completely at fault and very likely that he was the sole cause of this and his decision caused someone to lose their life but you, myself, nor anyone in this thread have no idea what exactly happened.
You also have admitted to driving undee the influence in this thread and the only reason you havent been in this situation is through sheer luck. We have all driven fricked up beyond what we’re supposed to and luck is the only reason many of us havent killed someone.
If Ruggs killed this person because he was loaded, was speeding excessively, and hit this person from behind as a result of directly running into the back of this person, (and that alone won’t cause a vehicle to burst into flames like you mentioned in another post you fricking idiot. Vehicles catch fire after colliding into something else and then being immobile) then he should go to prison for the max penalty, but no one knows exactly what happened yet.

Two of the biggest off the field sports related stories to break this year are from the Raiders

You're giving a blood sample in Las Vegas whether you want to or not.
If you refuse to submit to a required DUI evidentiary blood test in Nevada, the officer would have to obtain a warrant and may then use “reasonable force” such as physically constraining you in order to administer a forced blood draw.
