So he rear ended somebody’s car causing it to catch fire, and causing somebody to die. He “exhibited signs of intoxication” at the scene. But here you are still saying let’s wait to see everything first!! This isn’t some rape or assault cause, there is no wait and see approach. Ruggs was impaired and somebody died because of it last night. Some of you people in this thread sticking up for Ruggs is beyond me. “Let’s wait to see everything first!!!!” There is nothing to see other than Ruggs being a complete piece of shite.

It is already known he is being charged with a DUI. Surely that wouldn’t have already happened if they didn’t know if he was actually over the legal limit.

You don't charge someone with a felony in a DUI case unless you have enough evidence to do so. That evidence is very simple to get through blood, breath, or urine.

Ruggs getting in his car while impaired was idiotic, fricking stupid, foolish, selfish, and the list goes on. But I’m not gonna call him a shite human. The car wreck was an accident, but accidents have consequences, jail time no more football etc. and he should face it all.
