What more information do you want bro?

How about blood test results? Or breathalyzer results? Is that too much to ask before concluding the guy was loaded?

Yeeeeah, I'm betting that's what damn near every drunk driver that's killed someone said before they ultimately did the deed.

"Oh, I'm not that drunk...I'm fine".

If you drink, don't drive.

If they don't have evidence then someone is getting fired because this is a high profile case. You don't charge someone with a felony just for shits and giggles.

Nothing official, but police said he showed signs of impairment.

I can go out in my backyard right now and fire off a gun just to have some fun not meaning to kill anybody, and if somebody dies because of it yeah I’m a shite human in that case. Somebody IS DEAD BECAUSE OF RUGGS.

I'm not sticking up for anyone, idiot. Ruggs deserves whatever he gets for what happened, but I do not believe that this awful mistake makes him a "shite human being." Furthermore, you basically have admitted in this thread to drinking and driving. If someone died in a wreck that you were involved in when you drank and drove, would that make you a shite human being? Seems a a bit hypocritical to be casting such harsh judgment on someone considering the past actions you've admitted to.

Awful lot of thoughts and prayers in this thread for a dude who just killed someone while driving impaired.

As I said, they might have the evidence, but no one in this thread knows either way, which is the whole point of what I've been saying all along

It is a much more reasonable take to assume the BAC is known than not with the pending charge. But yes, it is an assumption.

Lmao bad memory. He killed a man who just got off of work and was trying to catch a bus home.

Ah, so he was employed. Was anything else different about the actual accident?

Speaking of, didn't know he got in a hot air balloon accident in 2013. Stay away from that dude.

It was a fricking accident, retard. It's not like he got in his car and decided to kill someone. Yes, it was a horrible mistake that took a life, and will derail his, and he is really stupid for drinking and driving, especially considering all of the resources someone like him has, but it doesn't make him a monster.

No offense bro, but its not hard to not be a piece of shite, especially someone with Ruggs' resources and in the year 2021. Its weird that youre defending him so much. This isnt a 16 year old making this mistake in 1962. Its a 22 year old millionaire making this mistake when he has Uber/Lyft at his disposal.

Nope, just can’t believe this many people are sticking up for a guy who ended somebody’s life last night. Intentionally or not.

Sounds like you’re admitting to doing a hell of a lot of drunk driving in your day

Let’s hope Ruggs leaves a seat for you next to him in hell
