FSU was sacrificed to get an SEC team in. If Georgia had won last night, the rankings would be

Georgia
Michigan
Washington
FSU

To get an SEC team in, they had to put Texas over FSU and to make room for bama.

So what? Did they keep on winning?

The answer is yes.

Had their backup looked great like Jones did for Ohio St we wouldn’t even be taking about this.

That wasn’t the backup.

Backup was in concussion protocol, and would have been back for any playoff games.

That was a true freshmen third string QB in his first start ever, and they still won.

So if FSU's RB would've put up 200+ yds rushing in 2 straight games...

Stop with the stupidity. FSU deserved to be in. Their defense is nasty and you can't with 100% certainty say if Bama or Washington would beat them on a neutral field. One week ago, we watch Bama need a prayer to beat Auburn. Washington needed a last second FG to beat Wazzou. No one is holding those shitty-arse performances against those teams.

The last time I checked, FSU is undefeated even without Travis, and Alabama is not undefeated “with” Milroe.

All teams and coaches know that the CF committee has said if a team loses a key player down the stretch it will have to include that fact in their decision. They knew it beforehand, before the season began. It sucks big time, but its just a sad fact.

take the jersey’s off FSU & Louisville and put on Alabama and LSU then it’s a classic SEC defensive struggle.

Make the 3 stars 5’s and you might have a point

And Bama looked like a great team when they played Auburn???

Yep. Why punish the team twice. They already lost their leader, but continued to win. Sucks for the team, they did earn it.

Weird concept i realize but teams are allowed to play another QB even if the starter is out and in some cases the back up next years starter, for example last year Jalen Milroe was the back up, this year he is the starter

What proof do we have that that is Alabama? This isn't the typical dominant Nick Saban team.

They struggled against South Florida. They struggled against Arkansas and Texas A&M, they needed a last second miracle play to beat Auburn. Their only dominant win against a P5 school was against Mississippi State and Kentucky.

Let's face it. The only reason the committee put Bama as a top 4 team isn't due to their resume from this season. It's due to Bama's resume over the last 15 years.
