Would you and the rest of the sheep and just parrot that a bowl game has no purpose. Are only the first four games for every team each season meaningful? Why would JMU go for two when they were down 28? There's no advantage of cutting the lead to 20 versus 21...... Unless the spread was 20.5 and somehow that mattered to someone calling plays at JMU

If so I’m not sure his draft stock would be any higher coming back. Also the injury risk. Maybe to win the Heisman?
He isn't likely to be a high paid guy in the NFL. Think of Spencer Rattler without all the fanfare, maybe. He is worth more in college than he is in the pros. Next year in cfb will likely be his highest earning wage of his life.
