Yes, recruiting services are lazy. There are too many kids for them to have a real deep dive on every player. Measurables and stats are not the sole determinates of talent and success. ESPN, rivals, On3 or whoever, they pump out the most content possible to keep you engaged and to get your $$. You think they have massive scouting departments? They dont. They steal each other work. When jackasses like BK and A Thomas use them exclusively instead of a supplementation to their own talent evaluation, you get what LSU had last year.

agreed. LSU didnt fall into that bucket this year. 4-0 non conference but couldn't beat anyone with a pulse in conference. Another lesson would be, "stop sucking". I think we are on the right track finally
