If a player jumps from touching OOB and touches the ball first, that doesn't kill the play. Its illegal touching, but not a dead ball if the player is in the air as suggested by the bullshite statement.

Well it’s an untied down not add a second. So it’s 2 mistakes. UM would’ve gotten a down but not the way the officials gave it to them
They didn’t throw a flag and a penalty can’t be reviewed. So there’s that mistake. It’s just incredibly horrific application of rules
