relax your beating a team that in average at best and you know it … it’s a mid level acc team . Let’s see how he does vs a sec schedule .
You do realize we know exactly how he does against an SEC schedule right? And that he wins the vast majority of his SEC games. And that was with mediocre Ole Miss talent, not elite LSU talent.

Absolutely, and this incident destroyed any positive energy that college football had at the start of today.

Maybe the U.S. auto market needs to be undercut. Prices for U.S. vehicles have become insane. And that's because they have little competition.
If they can't compete, too bad. Free market.
And as long as the current setup is in place, I will never buy a vehicle by a U.S. automaker out of reliability concerns and principle.
I would love to see most Americans do the same thing. They' would be forced to change if no one buys their vehicles.

What a pussy conference. They got fricked and I bet the payout for game increased in the last hour
And this is why the MAC will always be the MAC. I would be pissed if I was Western Michigan with their conference not standing up for them.

Ole Miss will lose tomorrow though they barely even qualify as an SEC Team without Kiffin.

We are fine. Quit worrying about Ole Miss. go worry about your strange arse coach
Sorry but we had to hear it from you and your sorry a** fan base all offseason. Now you're going to hear it from us the entire season.
I can't wait to shove it right in every Ole Miss's fans face when we destroy Ole Miss in Oxford and sent your program back to the 1980s to face 60 more years of futility with a drunk sorry excuse for a man in Pete Golding.

Knoxville is awesome and has a lot to offer. It’s growing just like the middle Tennessee region.
Not as fast as the Greenville area (not far from Clemson) and most of the Upstate of South Carolina. South Carolina is the fastest growing state of the United States. I can confirm due to getting stuck in terrible traffic around Greenville in I-85.
I'm not saying Knoxville isn't a fun place. But Clemson isn't a slouch either in that regard. And Clemson has far more of the traditional college town feel than Knoxville.
The MAC should no longer play any Big Ten Teams.
Posted by TheLSUDynasty on 9/6/26 at 12:00 am
Schedule SEC, Big 12 or ACC teams for their once a year pay day.
Don't let the Big Ten get their gimme games. In fact all non-Power 4 conferences should refuse to schedule games with Big Ten teams.
Let the Big Ten play 12 games against Power 4 opponents.

Also worth mentioning that the Western players had to go from throwing their helmets off in celebration to back out there.
Exactly. They weren't in any mental shape for that BS play. They thought the game was over and were given no time to get back into game mode.

Don't care. Release the audio between the head ref and the replay official at the Big Ten offices.

Brohm will coach circles around Golding. Brohm thrives in games like this. Beat Ohio State at Purdue. Beat Notre Dame the first year at Louisville. Beat Miami last year on the road. History shows his team will beat Ole Miss tomorrow.

lol you are living in 2010. They are poor and can’t compete financially for players
And you're still living in the 1990s. 1998 buddy. Maybe it's time for us to remove Tennessee from the conference. I mean what does Tennessee really contribute at this point? At least Vandy gives team a road trip to Nashville for a fun weekend.

SEC needs to scoop Miami and Virginia Tech for TV market reasons. I know how that sounds but that could finish the ACC off proper like.
If the SEC goes to 20, I want Miami (rising program again and access into South Flroida), Georgia Tech (to prevent the Big 10 getting a footprint in the deep south), NC State and Virginia Tech. NC State and Virginia Tech bring North Carolina and Virginia markets to them, as they easily have as big of a fan base in football (if not more) than UNC and UVA.

They’re a podunk cow college in the middle of nowhere, SC who only ever competed financially because they were far more aggressive laundering money to players in an era where you could actually face consequences for doing so.
Now that big money is involved, they are irrelevant poors
It's not like Knoxville is some bustling major city. Knoxville is pretty isolated, and unlike South Carolina, Tennessee isn't known for producing a lot of recruits outside of Nashville and Memphis.
Clemson can still be good if they get the right coach. They can still easily own recruiting in the Carolinas, which is significant. They have a great stadium and a passionate fan base. Dabo's time has simply passed.

If LSU had a coach leaving, but that coach was taking us to the College Football Playoff, I would swallow my pride and let him coach.
You might but LSU admin couldn’t let that happen. No f’n way you let the Head coach stay in the building during portal season when he’s headed to your rival.
Maybe Kiff does better maybe he doesn’t, but you just can’t let that happen.
Done rehashing it. It’s all good. Kiff will do great in Baton Rouge. Appreciate what he did in Oxford but after 6 years it was probably time to move on. His awkwardness and strange personality can only last so long in one place.
What difference did it really make? You don't think Lane couldn't have poached almost any player he wanted to from his Ole Miss team? He didn't need to be on the sideline to do that.
By relieving him of duty, you actually just let him focus more on recruiting, hurting Ole Miss more than helping Ole Miss. Again, pure hubris and arrogance.
Lane Kiffin upgraded at DC over Pete Golding
Posted by TheLSUDynasty on 9/5/26 at 11:40 pm
Pete Golding was the weakest assistant he had at Ole Miss. Just think about that Ole Miss fans. There's a reason he wasn't invited to join Kiffin at LSU. Simply not good enough to even be DC, never mind a head coach.

I actually like our chances a whole damn lot at OM. Lane being pissed while we're up this big is such a good sign.
Honestly, I genuinely think we dominate Ole Miss. Ole Miss is way overhyped. With Golding that is a 7 - 5 level team.
Chambliss isn't going to have a Kiffin offense to make him look as good as he was last year. I genuinely think LSU dominates Ole MIss and runs Ole Miss fans out of their own stadium.
Thank You Ole Miss for being the training ground for LSU coaches

You can’t get chucked and sit in the corner chair. No SEC team lets their coach leave for another SEC school but stay on and coach/recruit their players.
We probably made it further with Golding anyways. I’m not sure Kiffin beats Georgia in NOLA.
I mean fine, it's you all who forfeited a chance to win a NC out of hubris and pride.
Maybe you forgot, but Kiffin beat UGA in 2024. And he almost beat UGA in Athens in 2025.
At best, Pete Golding leads that team to an 8 - 4 season, but more likely 7 - 5.
I know this, Kiffin beats Miami last year. That was on Golding.

Seems everybody hates him on the way out. It’s like he likes to be hated.
Weird fella, like really weird. Flung a damn good coach for sure.
Considering it was your first legitimate chance in over 60 years to win a National Title and it will probably be another 60 years before you get a chance to win a National Title again, I think I would've swallowed my pride and let Kiffin coach the playoffs.
