That was one of the weakest PI calls I've ever seen. He had his hand on the jersey but he never impeded Toney's ability to move his arms, never pushed or pulled him anywhere, he looked for the ball and jumped and made a play on the ball when it hit Toney's hand. That's just great defense. bullshite PI
