If the kicking team cant touch anyone before 10 yards the receiving team shouldnt be able to catch the ball before 10 yards. The dumbest rule man

I don't even watch, because I know it'll just upset me, but I don't think anyone has gotten the benefit of officiating and protection like Miami has the past couple of years in the ACC.

It may have hit the NC player before 10 yards but it was really close and it's hard to tell with the camera angle
