Not many but they made it count when they did

Kelly and House are probably looking towards the future and big picture. They’re getting him some reps dropping back so that he improves there. Don’t expect to see much droppong back vs. UGA though

12 of 18 on pass attempts
50 rushing attempts for 274 yds

Achane was out the past 4 weeks and was pretty much done for the season. Jimbo knew the only way A&M could win was to support Achane in playing his final game in an A&M uniform at home. Jimbo made sure his stud RB would touch the ball 45 times. He ended up with 38 carries for 215 yds.

House got caught with his pants down and couldn’t adjust to a very simple strategy by ATM

He is not helping us in the run game. When they run it 50 times, it might be better for others to be in there

Well, we tried others on Saturday and it didn’t work. Couldn’t get much worse.

I hated how often they had him in coverage. He needs to be chasing the QB at all times.

House had a horrible game. The gameplan was garbage from the beginning and no adjustments were made.

There was no QB to chase. They were handing the ball to number 6, and Perkins isn’t yet the grown man he needs to be to stand in there like Penn and Baskerville.

It worked well for A&M

more and better. He had way too many scramble yards
he had 21 yards, 13 on one play. The rest of the night he was 6 attempts for 8 yards

Not true, but you keep on going with your narrative

Perkins is phenomenal as a pass rusher, we all know that.

He still has a lot to learn and improve on when stopping the run. Watch the film. I suspect this has been what CBK has been alluding to when he mentioned he had more to learn.

Yea, we made that QB look like Joe Montana.

They should put him spy and stop the damn running back then. Use him to stop the run not just the pass. Not sure why they didn't use him like that. Wouldn't of hurt to try.

I have watched his high school highlights. He is an outside rush specialist. Once blocked coming off the edge, he is neutralized. They got a lot of yards rushing the ball.

First few plays of the game, whatever side Perkins was on, A&M was motioning a guy that way forcing Perkins out of the play.

Eventually House made the adjustment of having Perkins at DE in stead of Gaye but he was getting pushed around.

They ran away from him all night; on top of that injury scare probably had them coaches worried.

Exactly what they were doing so we should have adjusted quicker by adding another DL and had Perkins crash from the end position on a run blitz to try and tackle the RB before or as he is hitting the LOS. On passing downs have him spy the QB and be able to run down the LOS to make a play.

I love how all of a sudden everyone knows more about defense than our defensive coordinator who up until the A&M game everyone was praising. At the end of the day, players need to make plays and LSU didn't
