Sure wish you would have asked whoever was leading the tour.
I’ve never been to Japan, but life there seems to be pretty good. How has the economic “slump” affected the lifestyle of the average person in Japan? What is missing from their life that they desire?

Soccer players have infinitely better cardiovascular endurance

When football players transition to soccer after football season they soon find out they are badly out of shape. Witnessed this time and again.
I spent three weeks there recently and only needed cash once to get into a toilet at a train station. I did get some from an ATM a day or so after arriving in case I needed them and then had to work hard to spend them near the end. I wouldn’t get any euros until you need it.
The fireworks at Mt Rushmore are awesome. Best display I’ve seen. Amazing how they fill the sky above the heads. Take the kids, learn a lot during the day, and watch the fireworks at night.

It’s also genuinely important and interesting to understand how F.D.R. pulled the country out of the Great Depression

Many historians say his policies extended the Great Depression by a number of years.
Yes. And no matter who the governor is, he has a knack of arriving just when the largest crush of fans are trying to get in the stadium so he can inconvenience the maximum number of fans/voters by having his security block off the road so he can drive right up to the entrance and doesn’t have to walk amongst the people he governs.

Democrat or Republican governor, he will find a way to block my entrance into the stadium long enough to irritate me.

This is basically where I was going when started the thread. Force them to pick and take away citizenship if they won’t serve.

Subject to jurisdiction of…

Could an illegal immigrant who is of draft age be drafted (against their will) into the US armed forces?

Could the child who was born here and is a US citizen who moved back to China with his/her parents after birth be drafted into the US armed forces?

Do these citizens who didn’t grow up here have to register for selective service?
I would like there to be cause to retire many jersey numbers, but then what number would players wear? Just put up a display with their name and number and call it good.

I don’t go there often, but never left there thinking that was awesome. It was enjoyable though. Got the spaghetti GOP as a side once and thought it was tasteless, although I’ve seen where some people love it. Meatball just doesn’t measure up to my wife’s. I think I’m ordering the wrong things based on how much people love the place.

What are the top 3 or so must have appetizers and entrees?

I’m
Confident I was there as my parents started bringing me when I was not quite 2, but being almost 4 at that game I have no memory of it.

I think kettlebell swings helped cure mine. Or it was a coincidence that it disappeared shortly after I got my kettlebell. But, swings do help the posterior chain and I think that plays a role in plantar fasciitis.

This image shows that pretty much everything the government tries to make affordable goes up and everything they don’t touch gets less expensive.

The problem is government.

My wife got a pair of boots repaired there last year. Did a great job. Thank goodness they are still around.
It is nature’s way of telling you not to eat them. Kind of like poison frogs. They are bad for you. Just use real sugar or honey in moderation.

I have said forever that if cheap crappy golf got young people into the game then Baton Rouge and LA would be the golf Mecca. For years we had cheap and plentiful golf.

This just isn’t true. When I visit family in Denver and play golf the public courses in general are both cheaper and better than in Baton Rouge.
She is likely correct. This is not something DJT can do in his own.

We are doomed by this do nothing congress who won’t pass a law requiring proof.

It shouldn’t be hard to prove citizenship - an ID that proves who you are and a government database of citizens that can be accessed by the states to confirm citizenship at the time of registration. Why can’t that be done?
