re: The Trump Admin midterm strategy has been unveiled.

Did anyone tell Trump about the housing affordability part? Because he just said the complete opposite last week.
Two parts to affordability: price and interest.
I think Trump wants to maintain prices and lower interest rates. I don’t know that this is the proper strategy - for my kid’s sake, I wouldn’t mind lower prices and lower interest rates. Doesn’t matter much to me either way since mine is paid for and I’m not moving. Hope to never buy another house.

for starters, an 8-hour work day means mean you actually work 8 hours. Not 3.5hrs and then dick-off the rest of the day.
I’ve never worked in the restaurant industry, but I know someone who does and has cooked/worked in Michelin restaurants. There is a lot of prep work that gets done before that 3.5 hours. And there is work after it. It is not an easy job.
The advent of computers has made engineers coming out of school somewhat illiterate in basic engineering principles. Students just don’t have the in depth understanding of topics they used to have.
This holds true for almost all subjects I would imagine. You don’t really learn when you are always using a computer. Sometimes pen and paper and a slide rule/calculator are superior.

I rather like St Louis - at least parts of it. Forest Park, art museum, zoo. Watched a Kool and the Gang free concert followed by fireworks in Forest Park on July 4. Was a blast. All free and very nice. Can’t speak to the bad areas. Avoided them during all my visits.

This is arguable and impossible to know, but I think he’d make more as an American just due to him being a good looking guy (no homo) and world record holder, so tons of marketability and a much larger and economically market in the U.S.
Athletics (track and field) is much more popular and gets more tv time in Europe than it does here. It was on tv quite a bit when I was working in France.
I think Mondo makes significantly more being based out of a European country. Most Americans couldn’t even name a single field event athlete.

Well, SC was 8-17 on three pointers. LSU was 2-12. LSU has not been a good three point team in big games in forever. Except for the national championship game against Iowa.
Free throws sucked also. 88% to 61%.
Phantom foul call on Richard could not have come at a worse time. That was big.

Unfortunately, this isn’t true. Remember this graduate? He was stupid enough to publicize it, but I’m sure some others remain hidden.
Players also worth considering:
Willie Sims
Jerry Reynolds
Nikita Wilson
Jose Vargas
Ronald Dupree
Greg Cook (mean dude on the court)

It probably won’t succeed, but we don’t have a German restaurant. Personally, I like German food, but I suspect there aren’t enough of me to make one profitable in BR.
I use an inexpensive Serman Brands wallet. Had it a long time. Not looking to change.

Age should also be a factor. It has been said academics do their best work before age 40. Let people serve in congress and the senate until they are maybe 45, then push them out into the real world where they have to live the rest of their lives with their decisions.
Outlaw having homes in the DC area. They should live in a dormitory while in DC and eat in a cafeteria. No fancy dinners. They shouldn’t actually have to be in DC that much. Live in your district while representing. Maybe meeting DC one week a month.
Also, figure out how they are getting rich (stocks, funneling campaign money to relatives, etc.)and shut off the spigot. Let them get rich under the rules the rest of us play by - real work. Serving in congress should be a sacrifice.

Show me the country that has gone all in on wind and solar that has cheaper energy costs than us? Hasn’t worked out in Europe.
Well, my most liberal friend really likes Cassidy. Cassidy must be a good conservative.

The answer is “yes, and…” not “either this or”. We need ALL of it.
Do we need dead whales and birds? Shattered turbines littering the beach and ocean with fiberglass? These are the things offshore wind farms are best at. We can generate power safely and cleanly with nuclear.
Big mistake letting them work there. They are in all the companies also. We had some in the company I worked for that stole intellectual property. In general the Chinese I worked with were nice people, good workers, and smart. I’m sure they were not all spies, but how do you know who is?
The longest my grandfather waited to remarry after his wife died was 9 months. Some men just need to be married.

Went to that game with a couple of buddies and my 8-year old son. Was a great time. I’ll never forget that game. Miss the old Rosenblatt.

It is possible it is true but look at the date of the document. 2019. Many of these were just probably political ploys to smear political opponents- anyone working with/for Trump. Dems do this all the time. Had that been filed in 1996 or 1997 it would have more credibility.
How do we know it is AI? I can see the slit of a mask where his head would be. Similar to the mask the others are wearing. I think the mask just blends in with the cop behind him so seemingly it appears he is headless if you don’t look closely.
