I’m glad somebody brought up big daddy. He’s not my absolute favorite but his up there. He brought his lunch pail to work every day, bled purple and gold and his elbow j was straight butter. God bless his soul.

The seasons Maravich had with LSU are epic on the level of Wilt Chamberlain's early years in the NBA. He was well before my time to really be a favorite, but he is the best of all-time.
