Yes, we’re looking for something in the old, historic section. Something similars to yours, actually.

We can take this somewhere else if need be, but in my research I understand I need a real estate attorney (avvocato), a due diligence specialist (geometra), a notary (notaio), real estate agent, and an Italian accountant/tax advisor. Did you get get a full team of those various roles or did you handle it in a different way?

We’ll be heading over there soon to view properties. I’ve been hounding immobiliaire.it religiously.

A ton of people complained.

And there is a Native American museum. It’s decent. It has an amazing restaurant, actually. I recommend it if you’re ever visiting.

As someone who lives here, I do hate what’s been going on with the Kennedy Center. It just doesn’t make sense. My wife and I have been attending shows there for years. Why it was chosen as a political pawn is beyond me.

The rest of it… ugh. It’s all just noise.

Brighton away is a difficult fixture. They score a lot, move the ball, and can be dangerous. At the same time, this is the type of game we might see Odegaard dominate in beautiful fashion.

I live in DC and take this route all the time. Acela is faster than NE Regional, but they're both great. just purchase your ticket based upon your preferred time.

Taking the train is so much better than flying into New York. You arrive in the heart of the city rather than 30-40 minutes outside of it. I'll never fly to NY again

Maydan is special. It just lost its Michelin star, but it's a fun, unique spot with tremendous food. The owner is hot as shite as well.

1789 is an old school fine dining spot in Georgetown. Makes you feel like you're brought back a few decades. Food is excellent.

The food scene in DC is incredible right now. I went to Albi the oher night - a Palestinian restaurant in Navy Yard that has a Michelin star. The NYT gave it four stars in a recent review, and it's the first time the NYT has given out anything more than three stars to a restaurant outside New York in decades. I will say, I really enjoyed it... however, I'm curious if politics may have been involved in such an outlier ranking by the NYT.

Moon Rabbit is a newish restaurant as well, located on the Wharf. The chef is Vietnamese but from Louisiana, and the cuisine blends the flavors of Vietnam and south Louisiana. Moon Rabbit was just ranked the No. 24 restaurant in North America in a recent publication.

The list of incredible restaurants here continues to grow. I'm doing my damnest to sample them all.

Let’s go back further to when we were in debt from the stadium and couldn’t pay our top players wages and they all left for United, City (who were funding wages with nonrev $$), and Barca.

I moved to London for grad school in 2007. I lived near Russell Square, where central London begins its merge into north London. I didn’t have a club I supported. I had barely even heard of most of the clubs.

All the people I met in the area were Arsenal fans and encouraged me to watch with them.

19 years later - I make it back to the Emirates every other year. I’ve loved this journey
