What is your Letter Grade for 2025-26: Football, Men's Basketball, and Baseball Results.

I give us an "A". Losses led to hires of Lane Kiffin and Will Wade.

F all the all way around.
Football had CFP expectations w/ Nuss coming back. Key additions to WRs (more speed) and defensive players. Failure all the way around as offense sucked and Nuss injury never being detected/healed. It was a huge failure.
Basketball had low expectations and lived up to it. Failure to do anything.
Baseball is the biggest disappointment. Omaha is always going to the be expectation. Winning back to back is harder now than it was 30 years ago. The absolute crash of the team was unexpected. The transfer portal was complete whiff. They played with heart at times but had way more self inflicted wounds than should have been. Failure to make the NCAA tournament as well as being swept in 5 series is something that should never happen.

I dont know how baseball could be anything besides an F. We were preseason top 2, and didnt even make the post season.

They all get failing grades but the loss to A&M was a huge victory for the football program.

It's crazy to say that every team gets an F, but it's justified.
Football: preseason top 10, ranked as high as 4, to a lost season costing hundreds of millions. F.
Basketball: dead last in 16-team conference. Will always be an F absent crippling sanctions that don't exist for the program.
Baseball: pre-season #2, time at #1, to missing the 64-team post season. Absent an Ebola breakout in the clubhouse with multiple fatalities, LSU baseball failing to make the 64-team postseason is always an F.

Beating Clemson, Florida, Arkansas and winning your bowl game gets ya a C- in my book even if we had A payroll. Basketball F- not a single positive thing can be said, Baseball C-. We weren't good but losing your best bat and best pitcher are things you can't control but seeing the young guys step up offensively and defensively was really positive. The sec is extremely good top to bottom this year.
