At best 10-2, at worst 7-5

This is most likely a 10-2 team that should be 11-1. 9-3 would be the absolute floor and still considered a mild disappointment. Anything less than 9-3 is an abject disaster. If I had to put money I say our losses both come on the road at Bama and Ole Miss always gives us fits so I say we lose a close one in Oxford. No reason this team can’t be 11-1 though. Florida will be a down year and both Auburn and MS State will be garbage. We take care of A&M next year at home with Myles or Max at the helm instead of TJ. Arkansas puts up a valiant fight for 3 quarters but can’t finish the job and LSU is just too much for UCLA on any field.

We had a good excuse in 2020 "a lot of players entering draft".

We can't use the excuse in 2021 "a lot of coaching changes".

We need to at least make the CFP this year. We are loaded with talent.

Anything less than 15-0 will be a disappointment. However, I think the UCLA game will get cancelled cause of California wussies. 14-0 will do.

If LSU's coordinators are good, I could see LSU possibly starting off as good as 7-0 before heading to Ole Miss. This is the best a schedule has set up for LSU in some time.

UCLA could be interesting as they lost all four of their games by a combined total of 15 points. So they need to be careful there.

Other than that, I imagine LSU will be very ready for State after getting embarrassed last year, Auburn and UF are both losing a lot and they are at home and UK is offensively challenged.

Ole Miss and Bama on the road seem like the toughest challenges to me. I expect aTm to just be what they have been - a decent team. But again, they have to come to LSU.

9-3 likely means LSU goes 5-3 in the SEC. In my opinion that is unacceptable.

10-2 is reasonable, 11-1 is expected, anything worse is disappointed

10-2. Could see 9-3 if they start slow.

@UCLA and @Kentucky are going to be tough games that most are chalking up as easy wins.

UCLA is much improved and LSU will be breaking in two new systems.

Kentucky plays well at home and it’s I between the Auburn and Florida games.

11-1 regular season is achievable, 10-2 is most likely, 9-3 or worse is a missed opportunity with the guys returning and a pretty favorable schedule

I would consider 9-3 very disappointing.
