Sure. All of that is fine, but even if the RBs vision improved, I doubt LSU is in the top 90 in rushing on the year.
Dude, Emmitt Smith couldn’t do anything with this OL. LSU was 124th national ranking in rushing this year.

Defenses crowded the box knowing Nuss has no vertical game, Nuss is a zero run threat, and the only passing game was a straight to the sideline throw. Good luck running.
75% of guys on this board this time last year were screaming for LSU to cancel the Clemson game and schedule a rent a win. Now people are taking this goofy idea seriously.

The only way to “fix” bowls are make the playoffs and don’t watch the other ones.
It really is wild seeing how many threads have been made bitching about there being too many bowl games, bowls suck, bowls are meaningless, blah blah blah. Just turn off the TV and do something else. Nobody is holding a gun to your head and making you watch them and you aren’t paying a dime to any of the bowls so why does it matter?

How was it suppose to be taken? This should have been taken serious and he should have been escorted out of the ops building.

Get real. It’s a figure of speech. Probably not the best choice of words but come on. Do you seriously think of that as a credible threat?

And this is not a defense of him personally. I’m not upset he’s going. He is Tiger bait from here on out. All of you guys acting like this is a big deal are just trying to find another thing to complain about him and pile on.
Screw that. I want to win. Don’t do the too cool for school shite where it’s lame to care.
The refs really piled it on to end the half. The PI was bullshite and the unsportsmanlike penalty was a message to FW to shut the frick up because us refs are running this game.

That is for clicks and reactions. This guy knows the business. You’re doing his job for him.

what’s the point in these bowl games that aren’t playoff games?

- the point is money
- 99% of the players won’t go pro so one last game isn’t meaningless to them
- you are contributing to what you call meaningless by watching it. Less viewers leads to less money leads to less bowls
The non playoff bowls aren’t going away and nobody is forcing you to watch them. If they don’t interest you, do something else. Problem solved.

A tackling dummy with a face drawn on it is an upgrade.
It’s pretty easy to say LSU makes the playoffs with no injuries, better QB and OL play, and an easier schedule. I’m sure there are 20 teams that could say that.

UF would have instead finished 5-7 instead of 4-8.

No. BK gets canned no matter what after that skull dragging LSU took at the hands of TAM.

re: LSU NIL Wish List?

Indeed. LSU has already won the offseason NC before it has begun.
And then you’ll complain about LSU and the game day experience being “too corporate.” That is what will happen if you get rid of the student section.

A good way to make sure your donor base dries up is denying the students a reason to want to donate in the first place.
[quote]They got in because of their name. For anyone else, a 14 point beatdown by a 5 loss team and total buttfricking in the SEC championship game with 3 total losses would have kept them out.[/quote

Alabamas losses just don’t matter like everyone else’s. The playoff committee isn’t concerned with anything but cashing in on name recognition and eyeballs for money. Notre Dane just lost the coin toss so Alabama got in.
Brian Kelly. Top of the list. Quality coach, driven, head in the game, would fit into the state of Iowa like a glove. Go get him, ISU.

The DL could get nasty. I hope they live up to the hype. I miss the days where the DL was a bunch of pissed off dudes ready to wreck up front.
