You don’t know what you’re talking about. It was not fan fiction. It was very real reality that it was going to happen as recently as a week ago. Ole Miss ponied up huge raises and then carried the momentum of beating UGA into getting them re signed
They’re trying to say Tonsilitis caused him to be benched. Ferris State disputed it and said he didn’t play full year because he got beat out that year not because of the tonsillitis.
Gulker isn’t really a QB. He’s a TE/RB/Wildcat QB/HBack and a damn good one. Think Taysom Hill type. Would be a fun get.
Hardy already re signed with Mizzou. He has it made there. Hes got his own farm and all and multiple horses he owns and he’s a celebrity in Columbia and they’re paying him a ton.
Ole Miss is blowing their load to try and stick it to LSU.

He’d be an amazing get as a QB2 but i don’t see why he would go anywhere to be a backup.
No shite, that’s why I said “if healthy”

Knox Kiffin just posted a Jayce Brown (KState WR) Highlight reel on his Instagram.
If healthy Leavitt is better than Sorsby.
Simpson threw for 3600 yards, had 30 TDs, just 5 INTs, completed 65% of his passes in his first year starting vs one of the toughest schedules in the country with absolutely no running game and a terrible OLine. Very smart and cerebral. Needs to clean up some things with accuracy but he’s a damn good QB. If Him, Sorsby, and Leavitt all entered the draft this year Simpson would go well before both of them.
This would be an AJ Haulcy caliber addition. Perich is going to play on Sundays.
Brown is good but Cam Coleman is very clearly the best WR in the portal.
Hoping we land Tre Wilson and Jayce Brown. A ton of big play ability between those 2.
I think he’d be incredible in Lane offense but I’d imagine they will go after somebody more proven.

Interested to see Nic Anderson in Lanes offense. Lane has had a ton of success with tall receivers that thrive on vertical concepts which is what Anderson ate on at Oklahoma. And he’ll be another year removed from injury. Needs to work on his hands but could be a guy that blossoms in this offense.
I doubt Simpson would actually portal but if he did he is comfortably the best QB in the portal.
