What do you think the vote would have been?

Other than Ole Miss and Tennessee (who would let their unreasonable emotions govern their thinking) I am not sure that there is another school in the SEC that would have been foolish enough to actually vote to kick LSU out. Maybe Alabama to get rid of competition.
Surely we have some friends in the league.

I think we have friends in governors mansions.

We will know soon enough. I bet at least 7 schools vote to expel unless Axon's decision to postpone things woke some of them.

I don’t think they had the votes.
Too many of them have LSU on their schedule. That’s a lot of money and we haven’t even got into TV and sponsorship money lost.

Has tomorrow's meeting been cancelled?

0-15.
The two that really wanted it are too big of cowards to vote for it alone.

Nope. This isn’t over yet IMO.

It doesn't hurt that the top two US House Republicans are from Louisiana as well as a fairly influential Senator in Kennedy. Plus Landry is in tight with Trump.
Also, Saban likes LSU and Lane Kiffin and has been very vocal in his support for Kiffin coming to LSU. He would have a lot of influence behind the scenes.

Don't kid yourself. The anti LSU gang in the SEC, led by UT's president, are still looking for purple blood. That part is far from over.

I think it is. Thr hearing scheduled for today was to see just how much they could get away with aharblegsk grounds LSU had to counter or get at tro. Seems without that, they won’t have anything tommorrow. Like Berger said. It’s moot.

If they vote, it better not be in secret. They need to publicize who voted which way.

They did when it was announced
No way sankey announces that if they didnt
But guarantee phones of ADs and presidents have been burning up last 48 hours and all were encouraged to calm down by the money guys

Regardless of the actual vote counts it will be presented as a unanimous vote to display conference unity.

I think the SEC is trying to find a way to wiggle out of this with some semblance of respectability. Also the 15 SEC president that voted on the “regulation” are trying to get their collective heads out of their asses.
