I thought the hearing was scheduled today not tomorrow...now i am super confused. I thougth today was hearing and tomorrow was vote/

So is there some settlement or agreement in place. The whip vote count in the SEC not favor Sankey? Is the rest of the conf tired of this crap and sees what is actually happening in SEC trying to further consolidate power and leverage over all the schools with this "authority" to expel power.

That original hearing was scheduled for today, not tomorrow, so you might want to edit your title.
As an attorney, I can tell you that if it's being continued without a date certain I suspect it may not be reset, and the parties may be capitulating. Anytime I continue with hearing, I have it set for a new date right away.

The fact that a Fed Court did not immediately set it for a new date likely means this is going away. Fed Judges generally don’t do that as it’s usually a Rocket Docket, especially a TRO.
