It just seemed like a bad number of strong personality types IMO that led to 3 or 4 separate friend groups on the team. It seemed like Milazzo had a crew, Kling had a crew, and 1 or 2 other players grouped up with people similar to them and didn’t seem to have much to do with the others. That’s completely an outside observation but I feel like it was more obvious than any baseball team I’ve seen from the outside looking in
We’ve had one of the best records in the country all season long and Jay is elite at developing guys throughout the season and getting them hitting on all cylinders by the postseason. I’m not going to act like I was positive that we were going to make it out of the Supers but the “fire Jay/the sky is falling” crowd needs to come back and admit how retarded they are

My baby Braxlynn wanted the newest, most gigantic Karen-ish Infiniti SUV on the lot and I’ll be damned if she doesn’t get what she wants. Financed that baby for 96 months and the dealership even threw in a backyard batting cage for our son Gunnar
I really hope they don’t do that goofy shite again this year

I wear my 2023 Super Regionals Champs Hat all the time. It's unique as it's a neutral color but has a small LSU logo on the side. Only 8 teams have these each year. Pretty cool

Just get an Omaha t shirt with all 8 teams’ logos instead of Ole Miss-esque regionals champ gear
So did we. Not sure if just throwing in the towel in game 1 is a smart decision against us but I guess we’ll see. IMO it would’ve been smart to keep the game as close as possible and make us burn our top relievers tonight because Eyanson has been on fire and that could leave us incredibly deep in the bullpen for game 3
Well the Earth is objectively a big, round rock floating through space, while the moon landing was purely a political flex to one-up the Soviet Union during a time that computers barely existed, and considering the fact that there was no actual reason to go to the moon other than pissing off Russia, it’s not crazy to think that our extremely honest and trustworthy government might’ve faked it to save a few dollars.

No clue how the two situations are even comparable. One is indisputable scientific fact that you can observe with your own eyes, one is a “trust us bro” from the government

IMO Kelly is incredibly lazy and lazy coaches don’t do anything significant in the SEC. Our fanbase realllllly eats up his arrogant “this is my best roster ever watch out for the Tigers this year” yearly preseason shtick but I think this is the year that we have a major collapse and admin has to decide whether or not they’re going to fire him.

He’s never fielded anything close to a complete team, he hasn’t landed key recruits and our team is largely built on the portal, he’s made very lazy coaching hire-backs after half assing the initial hires, and he generally comes across as a hardheaded moron to me. I also wouldn’t want to hang my hat on Nuss, I don’t think he has it between the ears to be the next Burrow or Daniels.

I’d love to be wrong but I think this team is going to be a huge disappointment

It looks like it defies the laws of physics

ETA: does Paul Skenes throw hard enough to bend space time?
Are we really going to act like someone making $700k isn’t wealthy enough to own a $200k car? He’s making the equivalent of almost five $150k earners and I see a ton of people in $300k households buying husband/wife cars that total almost as much as his. I’m not saying he’s being frugal but the way this is worded is misleading

This looks so dated and out of place in 2025. They should honestly be offering free psychotherapy as a promotion to fix whatever mental health issues lead to being gay or trans

Good news is he should come back next year

That’s not good news, I’m not excited to watch him play another season. He’s always completely folded against good competition or in high leverage situations and I’m tired of hearing about the guy because he can hit BP 700 feet in practice or go 4/4 with 4 HR’s against Nicholls. If he doesn’t show up and show out today he needs to be forced to go pro and move on, we need someone who can actually play in his spot next year. Physical talent is only so valuable

Dude would get humiliated by even triple A pitching

AAA pitching is basically as good as MLB pitching. There are a lot of great college hitters who can’t make it out of A ball and he fits into that category right now

I have no clue what the frick this guy is doing with his approach. Maybe he should stop trying to take every single ball over the center field wall and just square up a line drive
