That's my take. The Court is giving the parties time to reach an agreement.

An agreement about what? Sorry to hurting Sankey's feelings?

OOOWWWWWEEEEE I can't wait for when Sankey has to hand over that SEC trophy to LMK on the stage. I'm gonna frame that on the wall.

My Florida fan friend who has been harassing me nearly 24/7 about this the past two weeks:

“LSU isn’t being kicked out, that’s great news. Now let’s talk punishment.”

There is no punishment bro, the SEC just folded like a lawn chair

Time to return the favor and threaten to bring a vote to oust Sankey.
Bad TV deal, hypocrisy with Bediako at Bama, followed the NCAA case rulings with Bediako, Pavia, Chambliss, but not LSU?

So does that mean the SEC is creating a brand new amendment or a brand new suit?

Not necessarily in place but close enough to give them more time to hammer it out.

Be prepared for a nuisance fine against LSU. And before people start yelling "for what", it would be for nothing. Nuisance settlements exist to allow things to go away and face to be saved. It gives the SEC what it wants: precedence to enforce its rules without having to prove that LSU violated any of them.

Unsuretiger was in the courtroom last Thursday and gave a play by play of the proceedings.. updating every 30 minutes or so.

It was freaking glorious.. like an in-game thread but for the injunction hearing

In other words the SEC and LSU are going to a marriage counselor to work out their differences.

And marriage counseling almost never works, soooo...

Reach an agreement? Like they agree to stop threatening us for following their unconstitutional laws and we agree to beat Bama and UT by less than 30?

No deal, buttholes.

They couldn’t even get their cooked up TRO today

I thought I saw something either on here or on FB saying that Liz Murrill said the defendants in the case hadn't even been served yet. Wonder if that had something to do with the case being postponed

As I understand it, the Federal lawsuit is what has been pushed back but...........the LSU League vote on expelling LSU is still on for tomorrow?

LSU aint paying any fine. You out of your mind. Paying a fine in any way is an admission of liability/guilt for something.

SEC owes LSU a public apology for creating this mess.

Translation of the latest Dell tweet: the people asking for LSU to go to the mattresses will be disappointed.
