Seems like the offense was forcing plays to certain players. Green could get open at will but looking at others to work rhythm.

Also forcing the power run, which is the weak spot of 3-3-5 and LaTech was run blitzing.

That wasn’t power. Power is an actual play where you use an h back or Fb to kick out a DE and pull a backside guard to wrap. The play you are calling power was just split zone. Split zone is a zone style run. Power is a gap scheme run.

STFU, you know nothing about the topic. Which was..WE DONT RUN POWER in short ydg/goal line.
fricking moron, stay in your lane instead of trying to be mr football iq, with your stupid breakdowns.

The point if what we are speaking about, is exactly what you had to explain, we dont run power against a shite team, because WE CANT

And a 6 yd deep handoff, to a stationary back is DUMB

Then point out what I said that was wrong. You are criticizing the best OC and offensive head coach in the country but you don’t know basic football terms because you don’t know anything about football. You just capitalize certain words and call people name. I’ve given several actual football reasons things happened the way they did. You are just too stupid to actually understand. But again keep spewing bullshite. Just don’t get upset when somebody calls it out n

We have the right HC and OC to correct Leavitt and the offense. We will be fine. Clark as backup makes me feel good.

For those who have an eye for such things...I am not a coach...

Was this a case of guys just getting beat or getting messed up by the assignment detail of blocking vs the 3-3 front? I know in these type of things with run blocking the OL has to climb up to the 2nd level and get a LB. Looked like we kept leaving one free and that guy would make the tackle.

I am not smart enough o evaluate it though. Would love somebody to take a look.

Always strange to me to evaluate when you face something strange. Only folks we play that will run this is Miss St. I dont think teams can just :add it" against us.

Its sort of like when you play a random triple option team and win but give up a bunch of stupid rushing yards.

Combination of some mistakes by the OL and Tech having more guys in the run fit that we had guys blocking the run. That’s why it was critical to run Leavitt some in the redzone. 3-3-5 front has one major advantage. Your blocking scheme against it is difficult because you don’t know who to account for. Tech had a really good plan. Lane and Weiss adjusted accordingly. 528 yards worth. Sam just had to learn this offense will break through he doesn’t need to force it.

Offensive line & it’s not even close
We aren’t very good, but we’d be terrible without Moore and Seaton.
