Did the coach make the wrong read on 3rd and 1 and give up a scoop and score?

Did the coaches instruct the players to miss a zillion tackles?

There's plenty to go around. The coaches own their share of it too. It's a team. The team lost. Everyone is complicit. You have a long history of choosing a few comments and making it seem like it's everyone.... And then formulating your antagonistic argument around it. You need to develop new some new material

Its a fact honestly

More relative to this weekend.

They fricked up last weekend but we’re still improbably playing for an sec title this weekend vs. Sitting at home waiting to get sent to the carquest bowl. Enjoy it.

well said. After the mess Big Ed left behind and how sloppy the Florida State game was who in their right mind predicted this?

Yeah, I mean maybe, but chances are you just gonna keep mashing your arse in your lazyboy and get all your exercise by jumping to irrational conclusions and second guessing the real coaches that do this every week all year long.

Time for another set, how many reps are you gonna get this time?

You're a smart guy. You know what I meant. You were all about Kelly being the man for the job after the Bama win, and now people like you want to run him out the door.

Ohio State got their shite pushed in by a team that hasn’t beaten them there since Bill Clinton was president.

It wasn’t that surprising when you realize that Michigan beat Ohio State by an almost identical score last season. 42-27 in Ann Arbor in 2021 and 45-23 in Columbus in 2022.

Did the better team really lose? I'd like to think the answer is "yes". But there's also that lingering fact that aTm was ranked #6 preseason. They have a ton of talent and underperformed tremendously this season. Yes, u think we laid an egg. But I also don't think aTm is as bad as their record. It only took a very small mental lapse by us for them to take advantage.

Is a terrible one for not getting up to play the A&M game. The better team lost and if the coaches couldn’t motivate the players with a playoff berth on the line that is a major Fail by the coaching staff. That’s their job
Coaches have to be able to motivate their players to play hard in important games.

If Kelly can't do it, maybe we should hire Ryan Day, or Dabo Swinney, or Dan Lanning?

trying to figure out what you are trying to convey. With you finding a way to shoehorn Miles and Orgeron into this are you saying Kelly was a bad hire and needs to go?

I don’t care what the two teams did the rest of the year. It wasn’t a fluke A&M dominated the line of scrimmage and were the better team that showed up in College Station Saturday night.

It’s not that the team wasn’t up to play the game or flat. They shite the bed and played conservatively and tight. Basically we played not to lose on defense and it allowed a ton of rushing yards. On offense JD puckered up and wouldn’t let the ball go. He’s done it the last 3 games since we beat Bama. Maybe now that the pressure is off with the playoffs he’ll sling the ball again but I doubt it. I do think the defense will come out ready to play.

LSU’s internet fans (at least a large majority of us) have really let our expectations get out of hand. We’ve got to be the second most entitled fanbase in the country, only behind bama, and slightly in front of Texas

It’s gotten to a point where I don’t even know how y’all can enjoy a season unless we go 15-0 while beating everyone by 2 TDs

I think some of y’all need to take a step back and look around at the rest of the NCAA and try your hardest to get a reality check. Your expectations are unreal

This is kinda a red flag IMO

Something to watch. Could be a blip on the radar screen or the start of a bad pattern. But at this time, no need for over reaction.

For now, I like the results of the season. Could have been better and could have been way worse. Let’s see how things play out the next 2 years. Then we will know if a blip or a pattern. Either way… ranters will rant.

I think the team overachieved and then fans perceptions of what they should achieve and their ceiling got over inflated. Which is normal but not realistic. We want our guys to dominate. They came a long way fast but aren’t there yet, still prone to various bullshite.

Guess we’ll see in five days.

This is the only logical way to look at it. LSU is in year one of The Alignment. Year one. Think about that. BK took over a dumpster fire with no leadership, poor culture, and a roster full of holes. By LSU standards this wasn't the most talented team. It will probably be the least talented team BK ever coaches in Baton Rouge. And he won the West.

That's the big takeaway for me from this year. This was a transition year. All I expected to see this season was for BK to establish a foundation to build upon. Never in my wildest dreams did I think LSU would be playing for the SEC Championship this year. But they are. The loss to A&M stings of course but if you take a step back and look at the bigger picture, the arrow is pointing up for LSU.

Ypu do realize that A&M talent os equal too or in several cases superior to LSU’s. They finally lived up to their pre season hype. That coupled with LSU not playing well in multiple areas contributed to an A&M victory.

It’s not an excuse. It’s just the reality.

It’s Kelly’s first year. It doesn’t really matter what anyone thinks about the dude right now. He’s not going anywhere.

Either he gets it done in a few years or he doesn’t. Personally I like where they are headed. But it doesn’t matter what I think either. Just relax and see what happens.

Name a coach at any level who motivated their players for every single game, including the games they were “supposed” to win.
