Milazzo does a better job of receiving and blocking than Neal or Trav. Better arm and accuracy for throw downs as well. Does he have passed balls? Yes. But he’s in a much better position to block than Neal when the ball is in the dirt. ...

I think Burns could be a decent S with good coaching and a simplified scheme. His mistakes are normally being out of position and eye discipline.
Ryan just isn’t fast enough and lacks physicality for the SEC. I’m sure he practices hard and is a good kid but he’s limited physically. ...

The CB’s looked like they had good coverage and I think part of that was playing more press man. The weakness is our S play. They blow coverage and do not tackle well or are out of position to make a tackle.
We have to get the younger guys ready to play this fall. ...

We’ve already fricked ourselves but if we can win 1 up there and ball out the rest of the schedule we still have a shot at a postseason. The odds are unlikely this pitching staff can get us to 14 wins but who knows. ...

I don’t think you can have Hurd pitching on the weekend right now. I realize we don’t have a lot of proven better options but I’d throw Cam Johnson in before Hurd at this point. And that’s not a knock on Cam. He should get more time. ...

Isn’t this Pimpton’s 2nd year? He’s not a prototype TE. He’s a match up guy that you split out and utilize his length and speed. Unless he bulked up significantly he’s not an every down TE in BK’s offense right now. That doesn’t mean he isn’t going to get more snaps this year or that he’s a bust a...
