re: The "lack of institutional control" allegation is incredibly petty and irrational.

There is not a single action by LSU that would be categorized as lack of institutional control. Nada. Sucks if some of the members and current SEC admin don’t like the college football landscape or the current rules. Sucks for them…get over it.

It says that I wished bad things for all of the other SEC teams and then made an exception. Nowhere in there did it say that I pulled for the bottom dwellers. It says that I didn't pull against them but there are no implications that I pulled for them. To clarify it for you, I had hatred and disdain for most of the SEC and was indifferent toward the irrelevant teams.
Some ppl just can’t take the L like you lil bro… Whatever you say man

Can the SEC control his speech?
Yes, technically. He didn't say anything that violates any rules regarding conduct. But if he had, they could fine him. It's in the bylaws.
Regardless, 1A applies when the government limits speech. It does not extend to non-governmental entities like the SEC.

I’d like to see LOIC survive in a lawsuit

Can you imagine the countersuit over the lack of institutional control
Especially given previous SEC schools charged with exactly that and the lack of any action by the SEC then.
Historical NCAA Infractions Cases
Ole Miss (2017): The NCAA formally hit Ole Miss with a lack of institutional control charge following a massive investigation into the football program under Houston Nutt and Hugh Freeze. The case involved boosters and staffers providing illegal cash, travel, and lodging payments to recruits. Punishments included a multi-year postseason ban, scholarship reductions, and a massive vacation of wins.
Alabama (2002 / 2009): Alabama has been hit with LOIC charges multiple times. In 2002, the football program was slammed with five years of probation, a two-year postseason ban, and a loss of 21 scholarships due to severe recruiting violations under Mike DuBose. In 2009, they faced the charge again following a textbook sustainability scandal, forcing them to vacate 21 victories from the 2005–2007 seasons.
Mississippi State (2004): The Bulldogs' football program was penalized with a lack of institutional control ruling following an extensive investigation into recruiting violations. The penalties included a reduction in scholarships
Kentucky (2002): The Kentucky football program faced a lack of institutional control charge after an assistant coach was found to have violated numerous recruiting rules, including sending cash to a high school coach. The program served a postseason ban and lost scholarships.

Your first response to my original post, said that I wouldn't answer your question.
I answer your question and clarified my statement and now I'm not taking a L?
And if you respond with another bro or brah, then you better also put the Sonic location that we're meeting up at.

I guess they’ll subpoena Holly Rowe.
This is all crazy. He is the head of a non-profit and required to act in good faith. He must feel so incredibly emasculated to be grasping like this; he 100% thought sports media was going to continue bashing us and must be mortified to flip a channel and see that pick six everywhere he looks.
I wonder if we’re already in discussions with another conference and it’s a “you can’t quit-you’re fired” pre-emptive strike.
Anybody with fiduciary responsibility is a complete moron to forfeit millions in revenue to boost their fragile ego.

You completely missed the whole point of my original post to try and insult me and nitpick a statement. I said what I said back to insult you bc you contradicted yourself and you can’t handle someone coming back to nitpick what you said which made you look bad

I agree it won't... But not based on a 1A argument.

This is called getting the red arse.
Regardless of how this plays out, if I am LSU, I am putting feelers out to switch conferences. It's obvious that Birmingham likes certain schools and we are not in that list.

We have ultimate institutional control, from Lane on up they all agree

Sankey and the SEC want to punish LSU. Whatever that ends up being is anyones guess.
