I turned the game off.... then we got out the inning and I watched the rally happen on the official game thread while not saying a fricking WORD.... imagine my wifes shock as she's casually going on about birthday decorations for our sons bday and I throw my phone and hands in the air and start taking victory lap around the living room with the local news on TV

Yeah since the regionals every time we’re batting I get into the players stance lmao and I switch it up depending on lefty or righty. When we’re pitching I make sure I don’t bring my hands together(don’t ask why just seems to have been working lol) also phone has to be on the right side of and remote on the left face down. In as superstitious as it comes with baseball.

I went thru 3 shirts and two hats before I found the right combo.
Im locked in now. Purple LSU on field hat and pinstripe Tiger script jersey is the geuax to for the finals.

I got home from my daughter's play (was watching on phone when she wasn't on stage, and I will be going to later shows where LSU isn't playing) and cracked my first beer at 8:45. Don't know if that changed anything, but I enjoyed it

I typically rage tweet that we will lose, and put the reverse jinx out there, worked against Little Rock and worked again yesterday. Also I have put my 6 week old son in the same LSU onesie every game (I do wash it between games).

I wore my “The Powerhouse of College Baseball” T-shirt that my nephew gave me after the 2023 championship (he worked in the Athletic Department). I had worn it for the first two games, so I was confident we would come back. It will not be washed unless LSU loses a game.

I had washed a load of clothes that had a few LSU shirts in it. Towards the end of the game I put them in the dryer. At the end of the game the shirts that were wet and wrinkled were now nice and hot and wrinkle free....so we won lol

I knew we were going to win because the LSU shirt I was wearing is undefeated in this year's playoffs. Started wearing it after the Little Rock loss and it's working so far!

In 23, I could not watch the first game and followed it on TD because of work. I make it a point to watch the next day's game. I watched they got blown out. Game three, my wife was screaming updates to me until they got up by 10 runs and then I decided it was time to watch it and turned it on. some kid for Florida immediately hit a home run and I decided nope, and went back to proper non-viewing.
