its called player evaluation, and quite frankly, JJ and staff failed miserably this past year.

They were in two different recruiting classes and one of them is a primary shortstop, which we already had.

Are you fricking dense?

You think a kid from Vermillion parish wouldn’t want to play 2B at LSU?

I love this time of year.

We should have signed or should portal whoever hit the last homerun on ESPN.

It's a bummer to see it but FWIW, his career at LSU-E was good but not great enough to demand an LSU offer.

His numbers were good but not anything special for a JUCO.

Look at the team that just won the NJCAA title (Johnson County CC). They had a lot of guys with 35-45 HRs and mid .400 averages.

With all that said, he's been awesome at Kansas and it would be great if we could find a way to get him here next Spring.

That sounds pathetic when Alabama fans say it regarding football, and it sounds just as bad when LSU fans say it re baseball.

He’s literally the best home run hitter in our school’s history.

You taking him over milam? And don’t say he could play 2B or 3rd because we just had a kid (Louisiana kid btw) transfer out last season because he didn’t want play those infield positions.

I don't know him or his situation, but I'd be willing to bet he would've came here if LSU was interested regardless of whether or not SS was on the table.
