Right, and that being said, when they realize they were all exposed to that risk because Sankey got his feelings hurt, how quickly do they remove him?

I would not want the powers that be in the state of Louisiana going scorched earth, digging up dirt on me if I were anyone involved on the SEC side.

Defendants waged a deliberate and coordinated campaign to recruit professional athletes to play football for LSU during the 2026-27 season.

Uh yeah, so did a slew of other teams... including several in the SEC. fricking jokers.

We may need ACC refs for the remainder of the season

They relented on not playing the players. Where did that get them?

I could be wrong, but I believe that most (majority) of the other SEC schools would have a problem with this. Unleash the skeletons out the closet!

When college pay athletes millions of dollars but self righteous Sankey claims he wants to keep professionals out. Well how could any court in the nation sanction that. I suppose they might be able to set up an age limit but their own 5 for 5 rule means there will be 23 or 24 year old players.

It is a scare tactic to bully and get LSU to overreact and do something wrong.

LSU has enough attorneys and connections to draft a bonafide amendment and plan to put pressure on Sankey and the coward 15 SEC schools’ presidents.

He is backed by the 15 presidents, but suing him and SEC would be an “Old Al Davis” (Raiders sued the NFL and won, although this case is slightly different) move and it is about to happen.

Again, he is trying to bully LSU via the media and his two puppets: Ross Dellinger and Paul Finebaum.

LSU is ‘Standing its Ground’ by saying: “I Won’t Back Down,” by the late Tom Petty.

Geaux Tigers!

Because LSU followed the rules?

No "NFL" players were ever put on the the LSU roster.

What did LSU do?

It’s not about signing pro players,it’s saying LSU went behind the SECs back and told players to sue the conference and its members. That LSU it’s coach and administration broke sec rules by doing this.If the SEC has any evidence of this LSU Fd.Hopefully none of that happened, would that be enough to kick us out of the conference ,who knows.

That didn't happen.

It's not even clear that "LSU" told the players to sue the NCAA.

Let's contrast that with Trinidad Chambliss and Ole Miss.

SEC Board members need to put Sankey back on a leash before he permanently damages the conference.

This has literally reached a "mean tweets" level of Kiffin Derangement Syndrome.
