I was pretty excited for last season but he just raised the bar. Jay is a beast but we gotta put it together on the field. This has been the most exciting off season I can remember.

Played some games at 1st base too. The guy hit over .400 as a freshman with 11 saves, then he went 8-2 with a 2.71 ERA this year while hitting 13 homers. He's a beast. Ranked as #2 prospect in the 2023 draft. Monster transfers that Jay Johnson is bringing in.

If Jay deploys guys like Skenes & Guidry as 2-way players, I will be pleasantly surprised & I think lsu will reap great rewards from it.

Skenes is too good to keep him doing just one thing.
I doubt he transfers to a place that takes one of those things away from him.
